The Olive Branch Home Depot is an excellent store. It is always clean and tidy. The workers there are always available to assist you if you need help finding something. They will also help you to carry items to your car or truck. They greet you when you enter and they thank you when you leave. The cashiers will gladly help you if you need it and they offer to help you, too. This store deserves the best rating because every time I go there, it is full of customers!! They must be doing something right!!

Knowledgable and friendly associates.

The associates were very helpful and friendly, especially Julia, who went out of her way to be kind and courteous!

Most of the employees here are good at what they do.i would like to point out one that I believe should get a promotion and be recognized across the board and that is kelsea in the garden center.she is sweeter than muscadine wine and provides excellent customer service if there is anything I need help with in the store I go straight to the garden center and find her first as she ALWAYS helps you find what you need or gets somebody that can even if it's not in her job description.she is a very valuable asset to the team here and should be recognized for her passionate hard work

Just to let you know Brianna Madison at checkout was very nice and helpful. could not find Windex Window Cleaner for a hose....no one has it ... Have they stopped making it?

Deborah G was the worst cashier I have ever had the experience of dealing with. Combatitive, rude, and wrong about the Military Appreciation discount has tainted all of the great experiences I've had with many helpful associates.

I only went into the garden department, but both ladies out there were super friendly and the new lady helped me pick out everything I needed for my flower beds. Super helpful.

The store was very clean. I was able to get what I needed by someone who was very friendly.

Store is always clean and I always find what I'm looking for.

wont give Military discount on big items

I bought an Insignia upright Freezer and it went out after 3 wks. I called Home Depot but was told by a mgr. that once the item left the bldg. it was out of their hands. I called the manufacturer. A man came out and replaced the compressor but it still would not freeze. I have not been refunded for this freezer and Home Depot was s'posed to issue me credit for $100 for my trouble. Trouble is I lost $200 worth of seafood and steaks and they won't replace that either. I went in today to get that refund and looks like I was charged again for $136.96 on my Visa instead of refunding anything. Then I noticed that a CASH amount of 136.96 was credited to that register. Now, who is getting that cash amount? I called my visa account and nothing has been credited to my account. This is ridicules! My card was charged again and no actual refund has been given! Don't shop at this store!

Received great service from Angel! She helped me and my daughter choose the perfect front door.

The store is clean and well stocked. It usually is. However, I was double charged for one of my items and this has happened once before. The first time was aggravating but it was only a couple of dollars and not worth the trouble to contact the store. This time was $11.00 and being the second time this has happened, I will be making a trip back to the store to hopefully get the money I'm owed. Check your receipts! We normally use self check but we had cash and an employee sent us to a register.

I love the Home Depot in Olive Branch, Ms. It always has what I need. I can even get gifts and gift cards for Weddings, Birthdays, Christmas gifts, Baby Showers, etc. I never leave the house without my Home Depot credit card. It is so easy for me to get items when I am out and if I forget something, all I have to do is head to Home Depot to purchase it!!! Great store!!

Would like to hear from corporate in reference to my experience. I use this store a lot I have made several appliance purchases at this store with no issue and the appliance associates were super help in my purchases. Overall store rating a 4 but no rating today due to my experience in your lumber department.

Spent hours today prior to hopefully an eventual resolution of when returning or attempting to exchange an online order, be certain to get refund as a GIFT CARD. If you are issued a STORE CREDIT you cannot use it as a form of payment for a new online order.

This Home Depot is way better than the Southaven location. The inventory is better, the associates are more helpful. Wade went above and beyond to help me find an appliance that was in stock but not in the area it was supposed to be in. Charnele and Alexis at the help desk were also very helpful. The men who helped load my car were also great but I unfortunately didn't get their names. I'll definitely be shopping at this location more now.

Quick service

I was in line for a phone sale. I realized I forgot an item and let my teenagers wait in line for me since it was moving very slow and the asile was right behind us. Since it was our turn to go, by kids let the man behind them skip us while I returned and they got out of line. This must have upset the cashier for an unknown reason and also the guy that was allowed to skip! Once we reached the cashier, Freida, she was extremely disrespectful and told my 17 year old that she didn’t “Kure” what other customers said and it wasn’t my problem. She mocked my name Three times for not having a common name and then asked for my id because she didn’t believe it was my name. I spoke up and told her she had an attitude so it put me on the defense and she said “you got the right one today” as in threatening me while my three kids were there. She didn’t care to call her manager till 5 mins after she said she had called already. She wasn’t bothered at all because she knew the manager wouldn’t say anything I guess. The manager got there and just shook her head, spoke to another customer that decided to jump in the conversation and yell at me and my kids and did nothing about it. The manager walked away to help the other customer and just came back and said yeah sorry I apologize but never removed Freida from the register to stop the conflict. All the employees just laugh here because they seem to know there is no authority. When I walked out, 40 mins Later, after waiting for Freida to do the phone sale, three employees were sitting by the registers laughing as if they had nothing else to do. It was the same employees that kept going to talk to Freida during the process of her taking her time to ring my items up. I have a full video of her disrespect and how she says it’s not my problem and doesn’t “Kure” not care, but “Kure” about it.

Tracy in lawn department is really nice. Brent in lawn department is very friendly. This is a nice store.

The workers at the exits are not helpful and have no common sense. I ask an employee to put 2 / 60 lb bags of concrete in my shopping cart and he said I had to drive buy the exit to get it in my car. I did what he said and there was no one to help. A customer that was in line helped me get it in the car.

Vicki in appliances is a great salesperson. She is very knowledgeable and quick. And she also cares because she kept everything wipe down because of the covid-19. And she was very professional and kind.

The customer service here at this location is amazing especially considering the current state of the US and the virus causing hysteria. However Mrs. Dianne, Ms. Doreen, and Mrs. Lisa remained professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They deserve recognition and a bonus for being there for the customer and company during this time. My spouse and I are appreciative for their knowledge and welcoming spirit.... Blessings..........."And where's the tissue y'all " lol ( I know they hear that 1000 times a day)
