I would totally recommend shopping at this store. Every employee I have encountered in this store has been so friendly and truly tries to make every shopping experience great.

YOU NEED TO GIVE BETTER TRAINING TO THE NEW EMPLOYES WHO THINKS THEY THERE JUST TO GET PAY! A SMILING FACE AND RESPECT ARE MUST AS WELL WITH GOOD ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE CUSTOMERS AND WITH THE KNOWLEDGES WITH THE MARCHANDISES! RESPECT !!!

Customer service is nonexistant. Aisles are crowded with product cannot get around easily.

Homedepot is a great shopping experience for everything you need for home improvements to gardening, great selection on a variety of appliances! The employees are always helpful and friendly! The us always clean and items are easy to find! Their prices are great too! The Home depot is my happy place!

This store always has what I need in stock or tells me were I can find it if it is needed right away.

I give your garden department 5 stars for its variety of in season plants and the friendliness of cashier Connie. I am in your store quite often and always leave with what I need to keep my yard beautiful, but I also leave feeling as if I have just been attended to by a friend.

This is the best place to shop for ALL your home needs!!!

GREAT place to buy fresh cut flowers....better price than Sam's Club or Costco!

Overall , a very nice store. 99.9 % of the employees are very good. The remaining are just there to collect a pay check. Some times some things are out of stock. Other times have tried to by lumber, but was either out of stock or was not worth purchasing.

All around excellent not one bad thing to say about my store.Keep up the great work!

Overall I find this this store easy to shop in because the people make the difference, they are friendly and helpful. I found everything i was looking for. The store was clean and well maintained. But in particular the people made my day better.

I walked into to purchase a saw for my husband and Leo asked me if i needed assistance. He helped me pick out the perfect tool and paired it with the charger. I saw a bundle online and unfortunately they did not have it in store as it was an online offer only. I was not aware of that, however Leo went above and beyond to help me what was in the same bundle and even price matched it. I was soo happy he was able to assist me and price match for me. He was very friendly and attentive to help me. Good job Leo and keep up the good work!

This is a store that all house hold need to visit all the time. Good prices, nice employees, organized and clean store!!!

This Home Depot should be highly commended for having such a clean, neat store. Always well stocked. Has a beautiful garden center. The employees go out of their way to help. They even watch for people who look like they need help. It is easy access in and out of the parking lot and there is plenty of parking and they always have carts available. This Home Depot by far outdoes three others that I know of. Come by and have a good experience. Thank you for listening.

Lola, Liz and Kaitlyn are the dream team! They work so well together and between those 3 ladies, they made my experience absolutely unforgettable! This was mine and my boyfriends first time buying appliances for our first new home and they made things so easy! They were knowledgeable and gave great information! Not to mention they were very patient with us and made sure they answered all of our questions with a smile! They were beyond great! I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience! They made this first time buying experience unforgettable! They have really gained a loyal customer for life! I can’t wait to share my experience with my friends and family and recommend each one of those ladies personally! They were awesome!!

I have been shopping at this store since first open wile back. The employees are very nice and kind, from the manager to the floor helpers. Clean, well organized, convenient location with a great parking in lot and all the above! :) Five stars for you Home Depot in south of Euclid at Ontario City.

The store offers a discount to Veterans and to my astonishment, dedicated Parking Spots for veterans. Amazing and very thoughtful. I have shared this information with fellow veterans and they are shocked to find out I'm not kidding. Thanks for thoughtfulness. Store has an abundance of products in all hardware and home departments. It is hard to leave without finding what one needs.

Store manager Cesar greeted me at the door with a smile, helped me get a cart, asked what I needed, led me right to thecshowerheads I was looking for, listened attentively to me to learn what features I was looking and pointed out their best seller for to help me make my selection. He was very knowledgeable. I found him again to get his name and thanked him. He helped once again, leading me to a cashier who was also friendly. The store was clean and the staff was amazing. I will shop there first for my Home improvement needs.
