This store is always organized and clean and the staff is very knowledgable of the products that I am interested in

I like the close proximity of the store to where I live. The store assosciates are always ready to assist you with help to locate items and explain the how to about them.

We were looking for a stapler for hardwood flooring and they no longer carried it. They carried the flooring, but not what was needed for installation.

Some people give the Overland Home Depot a bad rap, but every time I need help, they go above and beyond! Way to go Overland associates! I appreciate you!!!

I HAD FORGOTTEN I WAS LOOKING A FOR A CURTAIN ROD; BUT WHEN I WENT BACK TO LOOK AT THE STORAGE SHEVLES THE CURTAIN RODS WERE IN THE SAME AISLE. HAD THE RODS NOT BEEN IN THE SAME AISLE I KNOW I WOULD HAVE FORGOTTEN TO GET IT.

This store always has a friendly staff that is willing to hep with anything you need. Clean, easy to find items and great location.

Several store associates ignored customer, even after making eye contact, when customer was walking aisles searching for specific merchandise.Only stopped at Home-Depot because it was on my way home. Will drive out of my way next time and head to Menard's, where store associates go out of their way to assist customers.

Once you find someone to help, they are always VERY helpful and knowledgeable.

From the greeting coming in the door by self check when we thought we walked in the "wrong" door but were still greeted with a smile and a "good afternoon welcome to Home Depot" to the help we received in paint to the fast and fabulous cashier who made sure we didn't forget anything and offered us the opportumity to apply for credit to help finance our home renovations, we had the best ever experience. I find the store very well organized and if I'm not sure where to find something I can always find someone to help me. The garden shop is very well kept and the associates have helped me out quite a few times.
