Sherri saved the day.
I came to the store and prayed that Sherri was working so that I could ask for her guidance. We had purchased a hand sander but it did not work for out needs and needed to rent a sander. When we got there Sherri was not at her station and I was blah. I walked to an aisle where there were 2 associates, one in a black polo and the other with orange apron. The one in the black polo walked to the other and chatted. I then said to them excuse me, excuse me, I was totally ignored by the one in black. I said, if I am saying excuse me, why would you walk by me without acknowledging me . He said I am with a customer, in fact when he walked away from the customer she walked away... He then said he did not have to assist me or address me not his job. I am now beyond upset.. asked the other for Sherri, he was like I don't know where she is acting nonchalant as if it not his concern. Only by the grace of God, Sherri walked by and I hailed her, she acknowledge me and my mom and stated with a customer, do we want to wait, of course we said yes please. Still upset but happy. She listened to our problem and help us solve the problem. Took us to the rental area and worked with James but we had to come back the next day. Omg Brian helped us with the perfect rental he was fabulous( he was great but Sherri still epitomize excellent customer service). Tom on the return was also fantastic. Thank goodness for Sherri because my mom and I were so upset we were planning on walking out the store.
Let me be clear, if she is not in the store I still expect excellent service but now I am not so sure it would happen.
Please clone her... I see why people may continue to come back to see only Sherri for everything, she is excellent.
