    CUSTOMER STORE REVIEWS

Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 187 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by AFTER I FOUND THE RIGHT STORE ASSOCIATE AFTER 2 TRIES I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE EXPERIENCE THE STORE WAS CLEAN , BUT THE RIGHT PRODUCT WAS HARD TO FIND BY MYSELF. I AM A WIDOW AND AM NOT FULLY ACQUAINTED WITH ALL THE CHOICES. AFTER 2 TRIES I FOUND AN ASSOCIATE THAT WAS AMAZING AND HELPED ME FIND JUST WHAT I NEEDED. THE VAST AMOUNT OF PRODUCTS CAN BE OVERWHELMING TO SOMEONE WHO IS NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT PLUMBING PRODUCTS, HARDWARE, ELECTRICAL, ETC. A HELPFUL ASSOCIATE IS WORTH THEIR WEIGHT IN GOLD. NOT ONE THAT JUST TELLS YOU THE AISLE TO GO TO OR POINTS IN THAT DIRECTION. OVERALL IT WAS AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE DUE TO THIS EXCEPTIONAL EMPLOYEE. July 9, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Annette in flooring was EXCELLENT! After making a phone call to the store about getting carpet samples for my students to sit on in my classroom and being told they would be free, I headed to the store. Upon arrival, I went to the flooring section and found Annette. She explained that I was misinformed on the phone, but, that she would help me find the best (and cheapest) solution. She was able to show me several low cost options to provide my students with a warmer (and softer) place to sit. She was both helpful and friendly and I was able to get what I needed. Thanks Annette!! July 10, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Experience I bought a clearance sale Whirlpool refrigerator. When I went to install, the water filter was not there. Today I when back to the store. The woman kitchen designer there said I should have inspected it before I purchased it and people steal these filters all the time, because they are expensive. If they steal them all the time, why didn't the salesman that sold it to me, inform me. I had to purchase a water filter for $54.30. I have spent over $50,000 at the store. I will never shop there again May 17, 2016
