Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding Service Outstanding, professional service from Scott (Store Manager) and his team of employees (Gabe, Cameron and Edward). We truly appreciate it! Thank you for making us happy customers. We will patronize your store for years to come! September 4, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great store experience! I asked an employee where mirrors were and she personally walked me to the aisle. Kenji in will call was extremely helpful August 23, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Manager-types not willing to help customers Usually like going to this store but NO ONE acknowledged us or came to see if we needed any help as we walked up and down looking for some items for my son's boy scout camping trip. SO disappointing that even the managers were all SO busy to help us. I had to ask someone from appliances to assist us and Dave was awesome! Professional and Friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure I got what I needed then returned to his department where I'm sure he had his customers waiting for him. Manager-types: Buck, Laurie, and Beka were all too busy to even acknowledge us. Wow, is that how it is?....too busy for the little people, Dave, you were great, but the experience makes be believe I will be visiting LOWES a whole lot more. July 18, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Helpfull Staff Every associate is eager to offer assistance. Will go out of their way to help you find items you are searching for. Store Manager should be proud of staff. August 15, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by MY Home DEpt Experience 23 August 2016 The best I have ever had.and look forward to more, gets better and better every time. August 24, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Customer service is unsatisfactory They don't have enough associates on the floor to help customers. When you request for help they go and help other people before they come to help you. Their ASMs have no class or respect for the customers, instead they side on their employees and not the customer. August 10, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Inventory? Went to the store for 2 items, both were out of stock even though the online inventory listed them as being in stock. August 11, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Paint Department Went there for the Memorial Day paint sale. Store was very busy and there was a long line at the paint counter. The paint counter had 3 to 4 clerks - amazing and happy that a store would have that many clerks working the paint counter. Line went at a quick pace. All clerks were courteous and professional. The clerks knew their stuff and answered customers questions. The young man who assisted us was so helpful and efficient. We bought seven paint cans - so he had a lot to do for us. I felt customers were, in general, happy to be there ordering their paint and picking up their orders. Even though it was busy, It was a nice day for us at Home Depot. May 31, 2016
