Every associate is eager to offer assistance. Will go out of their way to help you find items you are searching for. Store Manager should be proud of staff.

Usually like going to this store but NO ONE acknowledged us or came to see if we needed any help as we walked up and down looking for some items for my son's boy scout camping trip. SO disappointing that even the managers were all SO busy to help us. I had to ask someone from appliances to assist us and Dave was awesome! Professional and Friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure I got what I needed then returned to his department where I'm sure he had his customers waiting for him. Manager-types: Buck, Laurie, and Beka were all too busy to even acknowledge us. Wow, is that how it is?....too busy for the little people, Dave, you were great, but the experience makes be believe I will be visiting LOWES a whole lot more.

They don't have enough associates on the floor to help customers. When you request for help they go and help other people before they come to help you. Their ASMs have no class or respect for the customers, instead they side on their employees and not the customer.

Went to the store for 2 items, both were out of stock even though the online inventory listed them as being in stock.

Went there for the Memorial Day paint sale. Store was very busy and there was a long line at the paint counter. The paint counter had 3 to 4 clerks - amazing and happy that a store would have that many clerks working the paint counter. Line went at a quick pace. All clerks were courteous and professional. The clerks knew their stuff and answered customers questions. The young man who assisted us was so helpful and efficient. We bought seven paint cans - so he had a lot to do for us. I felt customers were, in general, happy to be there ordering their paint and picking up their orders. Even though it was busy, It was a nice day for us at Home Depot.

From my computer I placed an on line order for a bbq grill; home depot website was simple and fast to use. Unfortunately that was the good part; got an order confirmation and then order cancel notice. I called the web site customer service to find out why; couldn't get an answer, they reinstated the order and confirmed the "assembled" grill was ready for pick up at the Pearl City location.
Arrived at Customer Service for the Pearl City Home Depot and they checked on the grill; the grill was not assembled, the associate stated the order was cancelled because I requested assembly and they only assemble at night... I explained my pick up was 24 hours after I placed the order. Today I paid for the grill and will have to return to the store again tomorrow to pick up with assembled grill.
Disappointing in the handling of the on line order and the store's handling.
