Ok, following the review guidelines:
Did I find the products that I was looking for? Eventually.
Was I able to get assistance if I needed it? Eventually.
Was the store clean? No.
Were our associates friendly and helpful? Somewhat.
With that said, Yes, I did eventually find the products that I was looking for but it took too much time since there weren't enough associates available to assist customers.
I did eventually get assistance from associates but only after I wandered the isles looking for an associate. Once I found an associate I had to ask them for assistance because they were more interested in doing something else.
The store was not clean and tidy because there was product in the isles and damaged products on the shelves that a customer must dig through to get to undamaged goods to purchase.
Although associates, once located were fairly friendly and helpful, it would be more friendly and helpful if the associates were seeking out customers to assist versus customers seeking them out.
In addition, forcing customers to use self check out because there is inadequate associates available to man checkout lines is not good customer service. Giving a discount for using self checkout would be good customer service.
