Very friendly an helpful Great customer service

Would like to see more diversified bathroom vanities in the 18"-24" size. Have a small 1/2 bath downstairs and bought a 36" vanity which our contractor said would fit but now we find it too tall and too large. The store was very clean and associates were very friendly. Today we bought cement blocks and did not need assistance with these.

I have been shopping this store for years. Employees are always positive and helpful. I never feel I have to chase them down for help or service as they are always offering service without ever being pushy. The store is clean, neat and organized. Always a good experience. No problems ever with returns.

The associate at the paint department was knowledgeable and helped us get just the right paint. The associate at checkout was also a pleasure to deal with.

Totally disgusted with one of the sales associates who (he) just seemed uninterested in our problem. JUST TOO BUSY TO HELP !!!!! YEA RIGHT ! Then you wonder why people shop elsewhere, In my opinion too many associates walking around and doing NOTHING . Thank goodness for a vey nice lady , I did not get her name, who was so willing to help.

Ann our cashier was very helpful and pleasant . She should be cashier of the month in my opinion.

When I go to the Home Depot in Pittsfield, MA, with a specific need, there is always someone who is educated and experienced who helps me find and acquire what I need. I always come home confident and able to complete my project!!

They have everything you need when it comes to "do it yourself" projects. Go see Mason in the Lumber Department - fast, friendly, excellent customer service.

All in all I like Home Depot very much but I had to special order a door asked for the size and color and said it would be two to three weeks. When I got home realized he ordered white and not what we asked and when I called he said it only comes in white. Not sure why I wasn’t told when I asked for the dark color? The next door would be 200 dollars more which is crazy so I had to cancel my order and my papa doesn’t get a door. Will have to look elsewhere. Just wish my time wasn’t wasted that is all. I do think Home Depot is a great store.

We bought a dish washer from the Pittsfield,Ma store a few yrs ago & decided it was time for a new refrigerator shopped this store.They had so many different once it was hard to decide just what we wanted which was great love different varieties.The sales people were great let us look around for a few min then asked if we needed help.Your prices are great plus you also had the parts we needed for the icemaker/water which the appliance store in north adams,ma did not have told us look some place else

Overal customer rating by me is "excellent". The floor personnel and cashiers are very helpful an product knowledgeable.

Had Home Depot come in to do a roof for me. I was not please with the job. It is leaking as of now too and it was put on about 3.5 years ago. The shingles look nice and are others I had no choice but to pick because someone didn't order the ones I actually picked out and they agreed to. So I did a "Oh well, I'll compromise on those. After they were done, they cleaned up mess as they went, which was the best part of their job that they had done. Then it came time to sign if I was satisfied. I was scared to say no because I had been waiting all the time I had with a leaking roof to begin with and did not want any more hold ups. I did ask why the flashing ran up the side of my house and even wrapped around the corner a little and they said it was suppose to be that way to prevent the rain from coming in. I stated but it wasn't that way before you got here and I'm certain this roof didn't leak for years to begin with so why are you leaving flashing exposed. He and or they just said because that's the way they had to do my roof. Now all being as it were, I have sky lights in the roof. Two to be exact. They did not push them all the way in like the first set were in the beginning of the old ones. I only replace the others because the gaskets were blown in the others as they were double pane gas filled, UV. So as it stands because they didn't send the sky lights to the trim on the underside which would be seen inside the house... the window or windows are leaking water. I did not pay Home Depot for the job for quite a time. I think I drew it out to about two years and then finally paid them in full for the job. And wouldn't you know it, that's when the leak started. In all reality, I'd love for them to come back and do the job right @ no expense to me. Now that's what I can say about our local Home Depot.

I placed an order in the afternoon and was told I was all set, can pick it up in the morning. They took my payment. I showed up the next morning to find out that not only had they not pulled my order....but they didn’t even have what I ordered in stock! So I not only wasted a day off, but I had helpers with me to get the job done who’s time was wasted. Really not sure why they couldn’t tell they were out of stock when they took my order. The only person who even seemed to care i was inconvenienced was a line level associate ..the manager could not have cared less based on his response (“well I can’t give you what I don’t have...”) no offer to call another store; no options given. I ended up getting a refund and took my business down the street.

Recently, I've shopped at The Home Depot #2683 Pittsfield, twice & on both occasions I as a customer have been very satisfied with the help & the friendliness of the store clerks....

The employees in this store know their inventory, and know all about building and projects. Some were in the trade before they came to work here. I can't say that about all Home Depot stores - this one is a cut above the rest.

The appliance specialist at this Home Depot really knows his appliances. He is helpful without being overbearing. He offers extra warranties without pressure. He is knowledgeable and friendly. It was Memorial Day weekend with lots of people in the store shopping. Every one was pleasant. We were able to complete our shopping quickly and found all the items we needed easily. The store is well stocked.

It's an average, corporate store - a lot to stuff and no soul.

The staff is extremely helpful and polite.

I have too luck there. This time was the best I have had from the time this store open.

In and out of the store real quick, had plenty of help finding and loading my materials. When I got to my truck someone was ready to help me load it.

Readily available and knowledgeable sales associates on the floor for questions or assistance. So helpful! Carol, the cashier was just wonderful. Such a great personality. She obviously enjoys interacting with people. We will look for her checkout next time we are there. All around a really good experience.
