This is the best Home Depot in the area as far as having what you need and helpful employees.

Bill in plumbing was very polite-knowledgeable and professional in his approach to helping me and answering all my questions.

Our Plaistow Home Depot is such an important part of our community. The store is always well stocked and clean. the employees go out of their way to make the shopping experience as quick and pleasant as possible. The employees make you feel right at home and much appreciated. Thank you for being such a huge part of our community!

My husband and I had a bad experience with the woman, Stacia, who is in charge of ordering the cabinets and counters at the Plaistow, NH, store. She bragged about her experience, but left out important FYI items. Also, every time we talked with her, the price changed though our credit card was already charged before anything was settled. When she was called out on this, she was rude and arrogant and hung up on us! Don't go to this store!

I found one associate in Flooring (Amanda) and informed her I was unable to find a cover to a particular tote.. she looked at us, shrugged her shoulders and shook her head and responded with “end? What would you like me to do?” I mean... an ATTEMPT at helping us would have been nice. I said can you help us, and she said they must not come with one. informed her they do as I have purchased them before, she then walked away. As I went to find an associate with a brain, she made a rude comment about me walking away. I later found out she is your plumbing supervisor. I come in this store often and never receive help.. I expect it from the younger ones and not the adults. I did end up finding James in Millwork who came right over to help and informed me the totes were in the front of the store. May have to rethink this store next time

impossible to find anyone working in lumber dept for 30 mins

This Store is getting increasingly Anti- Veteran. Employees are not knowledgable, friendly, or helpful. The Customer has to bend down to please the Employees. Lazy, do nothing Employees. Veterans are to use the self-checkout card only register. Discrimination against Veterans

Went to buy salt for my water conditioner. When I got to the check out the employee told me I could get 6 bags at sale price (I had gotten 5), She had another employee go back and get the 6the bag so I could get the sale price. Of course, they put them in my car for me.

I was very pleased and happy with the staff. On more than 3 occasions I was asked if I needed help or help finding anything. The staff was great and there Covid 19 precautions were very satisfying and made me feel safe.

Store always has what I need in stock , cashiers super fast , employees help a lot when needed and Brings me right to where I need things , employees very polite I have no issues doing business with this store

Products were easy to find and if you needed help the associates are friendly and helpful. I don't know which area Owen is in but he went out his way to assist us. Thank You!!

Whenever I have a home improvement project or a gardening need I have gone to Home Depot. I will admit I’ve gone elsewhere but end up at Home Depot. I’ve gone for sales or discounts and find you truly do get what you pay for and the service at Home Depot never disappoints. Cusps to the associates at Home Depot. Especially during these trying times.

CATCH THAT MILWAUKEE TOOL MONTHLY THIEF. I wasted an hour drive to what I thought it was in inventory and apparently there’s a thief that only targets MILWAUKEE TOOLS. Had a massive job and couldn’t finish it because I couldn’t purchase what I needed exactly.

I had a rather unpleasant experience today in HOME depot. I am making some small repairs to my cedar clapboard siding on my HOME. I know you folks only sell the siding in bundles of 10 16 foot pieces. I found 2 pieces that were loose and damaged. I asked the lumber clerk if I could purchase them. He adamantly stated that they only sold the siding by the bundle. I stated again that these 2 pieces were damaged and lose. He adamantly replied that they did not sell the them singularly. He was actually rude The name of your business is HOME depot yet as a HOME owner I was unable to buy a piece of siding to make repairs to my HOME. I can see a regular lumber yard that caters to contractors to place restrictions on buying bundles of siding but for a business who supposedly caters to the HOME owner I find it very poor to make me buy 160 feet of siding when all I need is 16 feet.

The Home Depot Store #3487 has provided us with excellent service in a broad area of home improvement services including patio gas grills, carpet installation, tools and power tool products, kitchen stove and washer/dryer. Your quality services keeps us happy!

Excellent help and friendly employees. Ask them to help load your pickup and it will be done!! Very good selection of tools and home repair goods.
