Since moving to SC 3 years ago, we have used the Home Depot @2490 Pleasantburg Drive, Greenville, SC. I rate this store #1 for the following reasons. Location, convenience to our home, friendliness of associates, availability of products, cleanliness thru-out the store. But mostly I appreciate staff's willingness to listen. Thank You.

If you are looking for a Home Depot location that has excellent staff and services, the Pleasantburg location is the place to go. The store is clean and organized and more than that, the associates take the initiative to assist you.

Had a great experience in the Lumber department on July 27. Jacob and Ritchie went above and beyond to help us by cutting lumber to precise measurements! We could not have completed our projects without their extraordinary efforts. You simply can't get that kind of service at the other major home improvement stores in my area.

Mark is an amazing guy. He went above and beyond Anyone I have ever dealt with at Home Depot to help me get the material to build a project and he even help. Awesome employee more like him

This store has some awesome employees, like Nick and John, who went above the ordinary to help us today. I can't say thank you enough for all they have done, and, also the Assistant Manager Mark. So thankful for these people.

good store, great hours. A real life saver for people like me who don't keep a huge amount of supplies on hand. It's like my personal warehouse.

I have had two major projects this past year where I used Home Depot Pros. First was a Kitchen remodel, the second a large retaining wall. I did the work on both, but relied on Home Depot Pros to order/advise me. Both projects were a disaster from the standpoint that orders were mixed up, delayed, or not done at all. Both wound up costing more money than I budgeted for the project because of these over- or mis- ordering of the employees. I am not generally a complainer, but I really think upper management needs to look at this store. I am now going to a different Home Depot on the other side of town.
