The Pontiac Store does not honor Michigan Driver License Veteran's Designation for 10% discount like all Lowe's stores do.

Robin helped me special order some material from a vendor today after trying to get it from other stores. It was available from the vendor but not the HD online store. I was very grateful for helping me get my project back on track. Robin even went to the shelves to confirm a SKU and make sure the order was correct.

We would like to comment on the service we received at this HD... we had just come from another home improvement store where NO service was offered, even when requested. 2 employees at this store went above and beyond providing service, including finding 2 products and also loading them for us. We were very appreciative!

The great garden team have excellant knowledge about gardening.

Customer Service level is on the decline. Asked for assistance and was told to go up to the paint counter. I even offered to help the Home Depot Employee but was told that she couldn't help me. So I had to use and climb the store ladder to help myself. I spent just under $1000.00 which I could of taken somewhere else. The customer is not an inconvenience but the purchase of you staying in business.

I prefer this Pontiac Home Depot store (#2701) over the Farmington Hills one (#2773). Pontiac HD store = large, well-stocked, clean, very organized; employees actually care and ALL of them (that I've dealt with so far) WILL help and go an extra (2) miles to help (not just 1 !). I have been impressed by, and have a lot of respect for the following people: Mr Hendricks, Mr. Kim Marshall, Mr. Greg, (Doors and Windows), Mrs Kathryn (Cust service Desk), and a few others (I am sorry, I don't remember all of your names). All of them take their time to truly listen to you and find ways to help and save you $$$. Farmington Hills store (#2773) - meh. Employees are just average, extremely few go an extra mile, and some of them are not even in the mood to help customers (lumber department comes in mind on a few occasions - left me with a sour taste).

The employees at this location obviously do not like their jobs. It's evident by their bad attitudes and unwillingness to smile and be friendly. I guess I'll keep shopping at the White Lake store where I am always greeted with a warm smile and offered assistance. The store conditions are much better as well.

Staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure that I was taken care of promptly. I ran into an associate that I had talked to earlier and he remembered what I had been looking for earlier and asked if I had found the particular item. That's great customer service in my book!
