I visited Home Depot to view pre-lit Christmas Trees. The female employee that helped me was absolutely wonderful. Very professional, polite & kind. Took her time to explain all the features on several trees. I am very happy with the tree I purchased.

Just bought new appliances and came back for paint. Great service both times. Even during checkout for paint, she was very nice and helpful.

Folks here are always ready to help load heavy materials and help you find what you need or an alternative. I like this store.

Its a good place to shop for home improvements ! I will be there again !

Terrible customer service at the port Charlotte location. Refused to match their own prices on their website even after admitting they made a mistake. Forcing me to buy online to get the better price and waste time and money on shipping. I guess that means they don't want customers in their store.

Home Depot is a pleasant place to shop. They have a nice selection of merchandise, and friendly associates ready to help when you need it. The store is always clean and organized. I will continue to shop frequently at Home Depot.

Wow so many employees and no help...we have experienced this over and over again with this store. Why we go back...oh, we won't. in roofing It was a chore for 2 employees with a pallet jack to move a pallet so we could get to some product. And then they left no offer of help...mind you the metal was 12 ft long. In another dept ...lumber as soon as we started to load 16 ft 2 x 6 all employees scarce...there were at least 2 - 3 no offer of help. One employee walking down the aisle on his phone was in lumber move to next aisle...very unhappy experience. We drive an hour away to get to these stores. This has not changed in many years.

I always have a pleasant experience when shopping at Home Depot. The employees are friendly, and remember who I am. They are knowledgeable, and very helpful in each department.

Overall, the store is dark, dirty and cluttered. Finding help is like playing "Where's Waldo". There are a few stand out employees that make it worth the trip if you are in a pinch. That said - I always find knowledgeable staff, cleaner and brighter isles at the Lowe's around the corner. Devin in Millwork is a great guy and really takes care of the customer. Too bad he is in such a sad little store.

During my recent experience in the flooring department of the port Charlotte Home Depot I was given expert assistance and without his experience it would've been a much more difficult purchase. It was due to the employee name Scott that I decided to purchase my carpet and laminate from Home Depot.

Do yourself a favor and go to Northport store. Only extra 10 minutes down the road. Unfriendly staff that doesn't like to help you. They will run away when you ask them something like you were not even there. I spend thousands of dollars every month at home depot. Tool rental is only department worth using. I usually don't do reviews but this is like 7th time this month I've been extremely unsatisfied with this particular store. Extremely busy contractor

Great store location, convenient to home, good selection of things we need.

Store is clean. Biggest problem is the customer service toward regular people. It has been that way for quite a while at this store. You have to look for employees to help you in a department., should not be like that. This Home Depot used to be good. They had two or three employees in a department at all times, when it first opened. Then they started cutting employees. Customer Service went town the tubes. I have watched employees standing around talking and laughing while customers were looking for help. If I need something I have to go there as it is the closest Home Depot to where I live.

stopped at the service desk the other day looking for weed killer, Kat called the department but they were busy with a customer so she walked me to the isle helped me pick out what I needed, her friendliness, and smile was contagious, she brought me back to the service desk and rung me up, I left with a nice feeling need more people in retail stores like her. She also has a great humor about her. Kudos for hiring a great person

The drive over is well worth it. Low prices and always stocked. Keep up the great work and great employees!

The store was nice and clean and the employees were very helpful. This store far out ways Lowes and some of the other hardware stores in my area as far as finding an employee to help you with easy directions to the dept. to fit your needs. The folks in the paint dept. are especially knowledgeable about the paint products and mixing paint to the specific color you need. Home Depot is by far the best hardware store to shop at.

We was looking for a dishwasher and started at Lowes then Bill Smith then Sears and ended up At this store walked in talked to the salesman GCC818 and bought our dishwasher. It was a fast and friendly experience
