I like this store, I have gotten to know some of the employees and they are always willing to go the extra step to help out. I would rather wait a few extra minutes and get great treatment then be pushed through with folks that did not care.

The Customer Service representative was lacking people skills, and was very rude. I bought an air conditioner and I needed the store to hold it because I brought the wrong vehicle. As I approached the customer service desk, I was not greeted, and I felt like I was "bother" to them. The clerk told me that I should've started there first (despite the fact the friendly clerk on the floor helped me purchase my item and directed me to customer service", if I wanted home delivery it would cost 79.00. She asked for my ID and told me that my item would be ready at 8pm that night. When I came to pick up my item, I asked for help to load to my car and she told me they couldn't because the loaders were on break.

The store was clean and its environment comfortable. The products were available and reasonably priced. The salesperson/associate was attentive and helpful, making my overall experience pleasurable.

Could not find what I needed and asked two employees but they both were to busy to help. Bought something I didn't need and there were no cashier's around so I had to self pay, and then I had to change checkout'' as I was paying cash. Just a big waste of time and effort which will never happen again.

HD advertised a Ryobi tool sale for Father's Day. Products were readily available and well displayed. Store personnel were very friendly making the experience effortless and quick. Store was set up with displays all along the front.

Got all the help I needed from the employees to pick out paint. As a 'rookie' the explanations and suggestions were greatly appreciated.

THE STAFF AT THE RANCHO CORDOVA HOME DEPOT ALWAYS DO A GREAT JOB. I REALLY APPRECIATE THEIR HELP.

Gillian the cashier got us through checkout in less than two minutes.

Got what I needed quickly and got through checkout quickly at the self checkout.

One of the floor employees helped us find the Thermostat for my greenhouse we were looking for and Blanca the Cashier got us through checkout in less than a minute and a half.

Shellyann the cashier at the self checkout helped us ring up some items that did not have barcodes; nuts, bolts and washers. Because of her we got through checkout in less than two minutes and she was polite and friendly.

My water heater failed I went to my neighborhood Home Depot and had Jessica E. from customer service help me. She called the right people. They installed my new water heater and everything is working wonderful. Thanks again!

So I went to the Home Depot in Rancho Cordova to buy a microwave fully expecting to get the usual rude and un-helpful big box store treatment= ("please give us as much of your money as fast as you can and take the product and then go on your way") BUT, I was pleasantly surprised to find a gal named "Poppie" that was not only helpful but actually seemed concerned with helping me to get Exactly the unit that would best serve my needs and was able to answer all my questions and in addition offered some great advise and suggestions for additional purchases that I hadn't thought of. THANK YOU so very much "Poppie" for being there for customers like myself and others that have pretty much lost all hope of ever getting this kind of over the top professional and curtious treatment, this will be the only store of this kind I shop at in the future while remodeling my home.

Awesome service. Very patient with me. And they had the solution! I called 2 other hardwares before HOME DEPOT; I was looking for a very large plastic bag to put my large suitcases in. The other hardwares claim they only carry 33gal bags. To my delight, HOME DEPOT (Sunrise) HAD MORE THAN 33 gal SIZES to choose from and HELPED SOLVE my dilemma, which is to transport my suitcases through the RAIN on my open bed truck from SACRAMENTO to SAN FRANCISCO AIRPORT. MINA & SEAN and a fellow in Garden was so incredibly helpful. This is my new TO GO PLACE for hardware SOLUTIONS.

They need to have more knowledgeable employees on staff.

Store is located close to my Home. Very convenient and all the people Are Always Very Helpful and Kind. Yes, got helped very fast and kindly. Yes, the store was very clean. Got real nice beeswax/orange oil to give food to nice wooden furniture. It-- thanked me for applying it. Wood was very dry, and looks way way better now. Is excellent nice product.

I will continue to shop at this store for all of my Home Improvement needs both large and small, as it is a very friend place to shop. The people there are friendly, product knowledgeable, and eager to assist me with whatever I may need at the time. The store is well stocked with quality merchandise, clean and they have a great return policy. They stand behind there products and honor their advertisements as written. I like there payment plan that over the years has allowed me to do many Home Improvement projects that I could have not been able to do financially otherwise. Thank you Rancho Cordova Home Depot store employees you are the greatest.

Just needed to pick up some moving supplies, was greeted with a friendly associate, and he knew exactly where the moving supplies were. Found a nice supply of moving supplies at this location. The cashier was fast and friendly.

I found the quarts of Berh 4050 Exterior Flat White Paint I was looking for but the shelf was empty. Then I looked up and noticed another box of the paint I was looking for, but it was too high to reach. I asked the one of the employees in the paint section if they could get it down for me. The employee went and got a ladder and not only gave me the paint cans I needed, but also restocked the lower shelf for the next customer. Also the employee helped me find the Goo Gone I was looking for. This helped me finish painting my Greenhouse.

The employee in the paint section helped me find the gallon of 4050 Exterior Flat White Paint I was looking for. I was able to finish paint my greenhouse because they helped me find the paint I was looking for.

We were in this part of town and decided to drop in to look at refrigerators and ranges. We didn’t really expect to buy today, but Max was so knowledgeable and patient that we decided to go ahead. Great buying experience.

Got what we needed and got through checkout quickly.

They refunded my money with little effort on my part.
