Great service in finding items in this store. Store Associates were very friendly and most helpful. Male restroom was very clean. Store was very clean I was very impressed with this Home Depot Store. A plus on shopping at this Home Depot store was all employees were very helpful. To me that is customer satisfaction.IN CLOSING KKEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

The craft program for children once a month has made you my favorite store. Anything that pleases my grandson, makes me happy!

Most employees are very good. Customer Service is really good. There are a few that need more training as to where some of the items are located.

ASk for Ginny in flooring. She will spend hours wirh you and goes over every detail to make sure you are informed and satisfied.

I was very impressed with the store, I was expecting to just walk in and be on my own, they asked me if I needed help (I did) And the lady at the door pointed me in the correct direction and even told me how far down the aisle the item was and sure enough, it was there. The cashier was very friendly and helpful and nice. I was expecting to just walk in and be lost and not see any employees and be wondering throughout the store searching for the item and not find it. I found my item very easily cause the store was very clean and well organized.

I was quite satisfied what's a prompt delivery of products needed. Staff was helpful and courteous would highly recommend this Home Depot in Wyomissing PA to friends and family

Very good store , just have to order special parts at times

One year around Thanksgiving, we couldn't find the insert to our turkey fryer and we didn't know it till the day before Thanksgiving. So I went to Home Depot hoping I could find something I could use inside our fryer, so we could still fry our turkey the next day. I had a couple of employees trying to help me. You see,we had moved into a new home and that's why we could not find the item. Anyway, to make a long story shorter, they let me borrow their insert to their turkey fryer! They also did not charge me anything as long as I promised to bring it back. I was so impressed! Of course I brought it back the day after thanksgiving and now I make sure if I need anything that is sold at home depot, that I go there to buy it.

I will continue to shop at this homedepot, because they really take the time and effort to provide excellent customer service, knowing that A.J is there to help me. I will recommend this store. managers please let A.J know that he really did an amazing job you have now a loyal customer.

This is the best store to do your home improvement, cashiers ( Megan ) and (A.J) are very knowledgeable and friendly they would take time to locate the merchandise and call other stores or even help you order them online with a warm and friendly smile, managers please salute and recognized these employees for an amazing job I will definitely tell friends and family to shop there, you made me feel just at home keep up great work

Best store in Berks county

Friendly CSRs, knowledgeable staff, well organized. I made several large purchases which include new kitchen cabinets and appliances. The customer order areas are not very private in the appliance department and other customers waiting for service stand there listening to your private info. Other than that, it's always a pleasure to shop at this location. We are in there a lot.

I have been going to this Home Depot for many years. I'm always treated very nicely and the staff know where to direct me for items I'm looking for. They also have a wide range of plants and are helpful with suggestions about when to plant them, etc.

Fantastic prices in the garden center.

When it comes to delivery please think twice. It is a Sub- contractor and they give you a time frame from 6:00am to 8:00pm. A whole day wasted and if you pay an extra $30.00 more will give you a 4 hour range. It cost $80.00 already to have it delivered. Associates get nasty when you call to see if they have any idea. Customer service not nice.
