I have been shopping at the Redding Home Depot for about 15 years. The store is always clean and the isles are clearly marked making it easy to find what I am looking for. If I can't find what I am looking for I usually as a customer service representative and they promptly see I want if it is available.

The Redding Store makes shopping FUN because the employees seem to feel your need: Iam in a hurry/ I need help/ can you show me ware. they are always available for assistance and easy to spot, neatly dress and the store is clean and feels safe. That's why I spend my money at Home Depot they make me feel good.

An employee in the paint department recommended a rejuvenator for my bathroom vanity--not even in the paint department.

Redding Home Depot is a great place to shop. Knowledgeable people including Ryan Finney and his associate Ally. Sorry don't know her last name. It's also pet friendly.

If your looking for a store with friendly down to earth associates this store is the one to go to. We knew what we wanted and Ryan Finney told us what we needed to know. I even called him on the phone and he was the same over the phone as he was in person. I highly Recommend Ryan Finney to anyont

We are hopeful that things will improve. We have always used this store over others in our community. Please get better help. They use to take time to show us what was available and have given us got deals.

We have always shopped at the Home Depot and lately we haven't had as good of service when looking for items.

We use the Home Depot and have been disappointed the last few times with help. We called about a product and didn't get a call back after a week. I called daily. Most services are okay.

Walked in found what I wanted and self checkout and gone in ten minutes, easy peasy.

We had such a wonderful shopping experience. The employees in the garden section were so pleasant and friendly. This store had what we were looking for. The isles were clear from debris and clutter. We did not need assistance this time, but we were asked by every employee we past if we found everything we were looking for.

great, friendly, knowledgeable people

Employees ask to help me several times when shopping here, similar to other hardware stores. Automated check out is the way to go and they got me through the procedure and out in a very efficient manner. Nothing fantastic or special but usually no problems here either. It is a busy store and one should expect to spend a little time getting one's purchase.

Gene in Hardware is amazing along with James the cashier. Very helpful employees and fully stocked store.

I was looking for a particular clearance vanity. The customer service representative Marissa Cozens walked aisle by aisle to try to help me locate it. She ultimately found the vanity I was looking for. The customer service exceeded my expectations. I will be shopping here again in the future.
