It's almost always too busy,and the quality,quantity,and variety of products does not meet my expectations. The cashiers are friendly almost all of the time.

James does exterior sales at the Reston Store. He came out to our house and measured and estimated and ultimately sold us on 1) All new windows 2) Two sliding doors 3) Insulation for our attic 4) A new front door.
It was great to have the Home Depot come to our home Orange apron and all. The pricing was fair and competitive and the quality of work was great. The best part was Home Depot backing the products and the craftsmanship.
Glad I met James and he could help us do major exterior projects that I would not tackle (or my wife wouldn't allow me to tackle) myself.
Thanks for the wonderful service.

The store needs to clean up their air, and provide more employees on the floor.
They need to keep it cooler, not around 80 degrees.

This store is clean and well organized, The parking is good. The staff is outstanding! They are kind, creative, knowledgeable, and have an eye on keeping your costs down. I normally don't like home improvement centers and am not very handy with projects. This store made life easy. I will gladly drive the extra 10 miles to go to THIS Home Depot. Thanks!

Very clean store and extremely knowledgeable staff. Easy to locate items quickly with their help. Very good customer service. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Must visit store.

Avoid at all costs on the weekends!!!
This location is not prepared to handle any customer volume.
If you value your time do not visit this location on a weekend!
Training new cashiers on a busy weekend without a queue to channel customers to the next available cashier is inexcusable. You put the trainee in a bad situation and left the customers to fend for themselves looking for a shorter cashier line. It took over 15 minutes to get through the trainees line, and once you were committed it would have been difficult to jump to another line.
Shame on you!

I wish I could say my local home depot was a thriving example of how a big box store can prove that they still care. Nope. Most of the employees that work here don't know what they're doing and are less than helpful when you ask them a question. The store is constantly sold out of things that they say they have "In stock" online. The things they do sell are mixed up beyond all recognition and never shelved where they're supposed to be. The only thing I really can say is that this store is closer to my house than the other home improvement stores so it ends up being the default. I've resigned myself to searching for an extra 1/2 hour for the things I need and not bothering to ask the useless staff members for help. Most of the time, the app is the only way I can find anything.
