They need more staff available, and prices tagged in the gardening section.

Employees are very lazy and not friendly waited for 30 minutes to get helped and ended up leaving empty handed because they closed the store and said they cannot help us! Terrible service not to mention employees were seen not wearing masks and eating chips behind the counter.

Cashier was amazing. Assisted and placed plant in cart. Very friendly and welcoming.

I was walking in circles because associates didnt know the process on buying a shed. I waited over 30 minutes for someone to bring me my shed ( they told me to wait) and it didnt came they finally told me to get it myself (which I have no problem doing) the fact that I waited so long and no one came was very unprofessional. This home depot experience was bad

Yesterday they kept my change without asking & today they shorted me $10.00

The store was clean, organized, and patrons were treated with respect. Employees were knowledgeable and helpful. I was becoming fatigued, and a store employee even went and got my last requested item for me. That was very nice.

After waiting 5 days to be notified that my on line order was ready for pick up, I drove to this store and got my order to realize it was the wrong size of glass that was given to me even though my order sheet had the correct size. Unfortunately I did not notice till I was at my car, so I had to get back in line and waited for over 30 minutes in the return line and had to experience a very unhelpful and rude rep. All he said was well we don't have the size then, I advised him that on line it shows they have 11 in stock , which I looked up while waiting in line but he did not want to look into it , did not want to check the back, all he said was well that's wrong and if I wanted the correct size for me to reorder it again on line?? Why would I want to go thru this again if they could not get it right the first time .. Not only was he rude to me but he was very rude to the customer before me as well.

Associates aren't helpful at all. You have to find everything on your own and when you check out they through things around and aren't friendly at all

Manager Yvonne is efficient and very professional. I had a damaged item that the San Dimas and West Covina store refused to exchange because I had no receipt. I was in the Rialto area and spoke with Yvonne and told her my situation. She told me she could do the exchange. I arrived at her store and I was in and out in 10minutes. She had the item waiting for me at the customer service desk and assured me that she had inspected the item and it appeared in good condition. Thank you Yvonne and Jose for understanding my frustration and for your efficiency in going above and beyond. This definately makes me want to continue shopping at Home Depot. Keep up the good work!!

The store is clean Upon when entering the store. The greeter has a smile and a big hello. Items that I looked for were kinda easy to find. The associate assist me when I needed it, and friendly in doing so.
