Upon ordering our GE kitchen suite, we were guaranteed delivery 3 weeks from ordering. The night prior we received an automated call telling us it would be delivered the next day. Then 15 mins later we got another call saying it was pushed back another 3 weeks. I called the store to find out what was going on, I was told that they couldn't help me because any appliances ordered through the store is actually through Home Depot Direct. I finally was able to get ahold of Ulysses. He was moderately helpful by explaining that GE and Home Depot don't honor orders as they come in, rather they fill them based on population size around the store. He gave us free installation and promised a refund. I had to call back 3 weeks later to make sure the order had been confirmed for delivery the next day. It was, got the automated phone call, paid for a nanny to assist me that day so I could handle the delivery and installation. No one showed. I called the store after the delivery window had closed and was yelled at by Alex, who thought it was her job to explain what a delivery window was. Finally I got ahold of Travis. He said that it would be yet another 4 days until we got our stuff. He had Rianne call GE and their 3rd party delivery service daily until we actually got our stuff. At the delivery they installed the fridge and that was it. They were supposed to install everything but the microwave. There was a breakdown between GE and Ulysses' promise of installation. So I had to call GE to try to set up installation of the dishwasher. They refused because Home Depot has to be the one to make that request. I went back to the store and Rianne couldn't get them to do it, so she said someone from the store could do it. She scheduled it 2 days later with a window of 7-10am. No one showed. I called Ulysses and was told that they would be there when they had a chance, even though Rianne and Travis put it on the schedule. I had paid to have our dogs watched, taken time off work, and apparently my time isn't worth anything. We ended up getting $750 back because of all the delays and messes. If they had been honest at the time of ordering of how GE works, it would have been a different story. On the whole, if you have an issue, work with Rianne. She actually cares about the customer. Do not order any special orders through this store.

Home Depot stores are generally clean and organized, but what sets this location apart for me is the employees. Every time I go (which is a lot) the employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. I have never had a question they couldn't answer or a problem they couldn't help solve.

Our experience with Rob-E was great service! He knows about all different categories in the store and if he is not sure he gets assistance. He is way too knowledgeable to be working in retail. He should be a manager.

This Home Depot store has very nice employees and they are always ready and willing to help. That is the most important quality and it is the number one reason I enjoy shopping at your store. Besides the employees being great, the shelves always seem to be stocked, the store is clean, and merchandise is easy to find. Thank you, Home Depot, for serving Ridgecrest!

A very few of the staff members are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I’ve been to other Home Depot’s where my experience was outstanding and satisfying, unfortunately at #1089, I don’t feel my experiences have been the greatest.

The store in Ridgecrest, CA. always provides good service. The store is clean and has most of the products that I need. I pass a hardware store that is 8 miles closer than Home Depot because they do not provide the service Home Depot does. This store provides service that is above and beyond what ANY other store in Ridgecrest provides.

Everything was easy to find and I was out in under 15 minutes it was amazing.

The Ridgecrest Home Depot has proven to be a valuable asset in our community because of their inventory and close proximity. Prior to their opening I would lose half my weekend commuting 150 miles round trip to the closest Home Depot!

personnel are friendly and helpful. They always know where things are when I inquire about a particular items location.

The Home Depot has made its mark in my life, by being thee go to store over any other.It has what I need and if they are out of stock they are always willing to offer further assistance to further complete getting thee material.

The Ridgecrest Home Depot is always in order & its easy to find what I'm looking for. If we need help, employees are readily available. We use the paint dept a lot & are always happy with the service.

This is the store in town for you to get all of your home improvement supplies need met. We were meeting challenges in getting assistance. We made several visits to the store and did not make any process. Finally, Dallas, the store manager, came in from home to help us. We finalized our orders from there on.

The Ridgecrest, CA Home Depot Store is amazing, The associates are friendly, polite, and available to help locate products. With such a clean and organized store, it is easy to find the items needed for any project.

The store is well maintained and clean, but the staff makes the store! Store personnel are knowledgeable, friendly, very helpful. It's my home away from home. Love the place. I should own stock (don't, but should!)

Although I have been frustrated with accessing and finding the proper site to input my red white and blue purchases for the 40% discount. That frustration was targeted at the corporation of Home Depot. In the past my experiences with Home Deport made me go to Lowes. The reason was the lack of service and the lazy employees. Those experiences were in Bakersfield CA. Moving to Ridgecrest which is very rural and lacks choices, I again went to Home Depot. The Store is very well managed, stocked and the employees are respectful, courteous and helpful. What an amazing difference. Kudos to Dallas J. Dearth

We bought a new refrigerator just this last week of June. The appliance personal were very helpful in our or making the right decision and the both of us are very happy. Great store and very thankful that Home Depot is here...

My husband and I have been to this store only a few times (we are new in the area) and every time we have gone we have only experienced helpful and friendly staff.

Couldn't have found what I was looking for but was assisted by a very capable and enthusiastic employee. The store is well stocked and all employees want to help. Love the store.

The store had the item I was looking for and the cashier was very helpful and patient. I will definitely return to this store.
