The store was clean and employees are helpful and this is the store I shop at when I'm in Riverside!

I love going to Home Depot. For me and my family is very convenient, and the staff is very helpful. Every time I go there and I have questions, there's always someone around ready to help out.

The store was neatly organized, sales associates extremely attentive and items purchased were made out of good quality material. This is now my Home Depot of choice!

Was overcharged for product that associate didn't have backup to check so was told to go to returns and that line was 12 deep.

Items were not on correct shelf (price was too much where placed), but associates acknowledged and willingly and expediently righted all.

Even though it is normally hard to find an employee at stores like this due to high volume of customers, I found one immediatly. Also as I was being helped another team member that was on break took the time to also help with getting me a floor "out of stock" item even though he was on break. He could have just kept going but he chose to help.
