Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by FAMILY PROJECT=Horrible service, Unknowledgeable Customer Service Associate Clean store, employees unwilling to acknowledge you (there are some but it took about 45 min and 5 employees to pass us to finally say hi, not even a greeter) Went in to build a fort for the kids and had luck receiving special financing through HDP credit card. When spoke to customer service associate, she was too busy with her paper work, My wife and I explained process of calling the credit card for approval, associate had no shame in showing her lack of effort to try and help us, she quickly said it would not be approved because the store loses the money on the interest. (Im no expert but I am a Finance and Accountant major and what I have learned is the bank lender for the credit card loses the profit for the loan not the store) I informed her of the unfriendliness of associates and her lack of effort to assist us, that I would like to speak with the MOD. She pages for the MOD, MOD call the desk, she explains our purchase, MOD says it shouldnt be a problem to get it approved (shake my head in silence). but there were a couple of gentlemen very friendly and took the effort to ask my kids their names and what we plan on building, GREAT GUYS. One even noticed I had to load $1,400 lumber and cement on my own (as he was leaving his shift) and was very upset saying someone should of helped me. There are a couple of good workers but limited the frustration when trying to make a great moment with my boys and wife to teach them how to build their own fort. May 26, 2016
