Matt the assistant manager went above and beyond his duty. He called several stores to locate our gas water heater. Was flabbergasted when Concord store was selling a $499 one for 698$. We order one on line and saved shipping and got it for $499.00. He even gave for the sales to the sales associate that became available to make the sale. Wonderful employee

My request for the 10% Military Discount was ignored by "Cashier Jennifer" on 05/27/17 after showing her my Armed Forces ID card. She was more concerned I fill out the online survey so she could be employee of the month. She has a lot more to learn about customer service I guess.

Good parking. Hot dog stand is a little pricey though. Employees helpful.

I was very happy to see service people offer their assistance WITHOUT being notified of our need. We went to 3 different departments and there was someone actually available in all 3 departments. This is a 1st. I am hoping to see that Home Depot among many other stores try to bring back service. Service is something that has lacked in every store way to long. It should have never disappeared. Service employees need to offer assistance in any way possible to their customers. They need to represent the employer they work for. They need to WANT to work and like it. By doing so you will find a much better response from customers and maybe the way people look at stores.

If you have a flooring or tile project going talk to Bob, he will always help and you can trust what he tells you. Good variety, and quality is getting better than Lowe's. I don't have problems with returns at the store, but online purchases/returns could be made easier. All in all quite happy.

The associates were all very helpful and quick to get me on my way. No lines and answered any of my questions very speedily.

You have a very proactive customer service team in your store. I know I've given recognition to Nathan and Chris for their outstanding service. However, others have helped me while I've been wandering around the store looking for what I need to fix my parents home.

I called the store to see if they had any boxed Evolution grills as an assembled one would not fit in my car. Marla answered the phone and was very polite, she asked if she could get my phone number and would call me back if or not she found one in the box. About 15 minutes I got the call from Marla asking if I would be picking it up today or another day. I told her today and I would be right there, she said it will be waiting at the service desk for me. I walked in and sure enough it was on a cart waiting at the service desk. Very fast and friendly service. Thank you Marla and the Home Depot team at #3489.

Pat in the kitchen design center is second to none! We spent hours at other big boxes stores and custom kitchen shops only to be floored by Pat's expert knowledge, creative use of cabinetry, and superb customer service. I won't buy a kitchen anywhere else! Every member of the Home Depot team that we worked with in this store came together as a holistic team to get it done right the first time and at the right price. Bravo Home Depot Rochester!

While being checked out by a HD employee, an item I bought was double scanned( scanned and charged for it twice). I didn't notice the overcharge at the time, but when I wanted to return the item, I questioned the refund amount and was told I had bought two of them(kit for hooking up an ice maker). I was told I didn't have the merchandise and so couldn't be refunded the overcharge. Home Depot has lost a good customer.

I like coming to the Rochester Store. The associates are friendlier than some other stores....in some cases if you go into the competition it may take 15 minutes before someone says, "can I help you?" Its a better overall experience IMHO.

I like this store over going to the other stores in the area for our traditional vinyl railing parts to build our farmers porches and Portico entry stairways. I can create "lists" in the online home depot account page and store a plethora of materials lists for specific jobs we are doing at the time. This enables me to be faster and to have the right product at the right time and for the right price. It makes check out 10 times easier because I have a list of materials and I just quantity the appropriate amount that I need for each job and let the store associates pick the order for me. All this saves me time and money. Rochester store is a great place to secure all your online ordering needs.

I shop at Home Depot often, as there are 3 nearby, but I feel the employees at the Rochester, NH store are the best! Maybe I just shop there at the 'right' time, but the wait time to get your orders is much quicker, and the employees are very attentive.

I went to the paint department to match a color person behind the counter very helpful and knows what she is doing. Yes I would recommend this store to anybody I know.

I like coming to this store because most of the associates who have been there for a long time know me by name. Marla and Sandy at the service desk are very helpful and always ask if I would like a water or ask if I need further assistance with my purchases as most of my merchandise fills up more than one lumber cart. Its these kinds of great service behaviors that make coming back to this store time and time again a pleasure. Rochester store #3489 should be the destination for all home owners improvement needs. It's got my vote.

Friendliest staff you'll find anywhere on the seacoast. Better attention to your needs. Always open to asking about credit and willing to offer options to pay for a project with alternatives to credit cards. Better than most stores. All the employees are" involved" in making the store experience a good one. I like coming to this store because the employees know me by my name. And thats welcoming.
