Connie in Appliances was a terrific help. While it took about 10 minutes for her to be available due to the busy time and limited number of associates, we were very happy with her assistance.

The associates are always extremely friendly, knowledgable and always ready to help here!

Many times in early evening when getting ready for next day projects at work or home the associates will be overwhelmed with many people shopping They generally maintain a courteous and cordial attitude even under the stress of too many customers for the number of associates available. This does not seem to be a problem in early morning when many of the contractors, etc. are getting material for projects for the day

Stopped in for a few items, found rather quickly. loaded up and check out within 30 minutes, good experience

Could not locate desired items and could not locate any help. Organization random at best many, many items in wrong bin and on wrong shelves. I will now driver a little further for the blue store - much, much better

Mr. Mcinnis is a perfect example of how every HD employee should treat customers. He was knowledgeable, helpful, respectful and patient. If all of your employees were exactly like him I would not go to your competitor for my home improvement needs. Give this guy a raise and a promotion!

New where I thought the product I was seeking should be located, and quickly located it. Grabbed another item that I remembered that I needed on my way to the register. There was no line at the self-checkout register, and I was on my way in no time. Great overall experience, in a clean, well stocked store.

The Home Depot associate was an absolute delight to work with. He was knowledgeable and professional yet humorous during the shopping experience. He compared several products, pointing out the pros and cons of each, gave me his recommendation but let me ultimately decide on the product that I bought. He knew what accessories I needed and did the same for them. It was one of the best shopping experiencing ever!

The store was clean and the help was great. My husband makes a lot of trips for his garden, yard, and house. I made this trip to help my daughter with a garden tool. She is a single mom with very little income, and is job hunting. I try to help her. We enjoy going there as we know we can trust them there.

I always get KNOWLEDGABLE service at this store. Unlike competitor down the street where I have actually left merchindise in the store to come back to my favorite Home Depot.

The man in charge of appliances was very rude, very poorly customer service. Found someone else from a different department after waiting over 2 hours. Sean was very helpful & was able to locate and load the washer we were looking for.

I WAS RETURNING A PREASSEMBLED GRILL THAT DID NOT WORK PROPERLY. I THOUGHT THIS EXPERIENCE WOULD BE GRUELLIING AS MOST ARE. I WAS QUICKLY HELPED BY ELIZABETH WHO TOOK MY INFORMATION, HELPED ME FIND A NEW GRILL, AND CALLED FOR ASSISTANCE IN RETRIEVING THE NEW ONE FROM A TALL SHELF. WILLIAM QUICKLY RESPONDED AND WAS VERY HELPFUL IN GETTING THE GRILL DOWN AND DELIVERING IT TO THE CHECK OUT COUNTER. THE ASSOCIATES WERE VERY HELPFUL, UNDERSTANDING, AND PROFESSIONAL. THE RETURN/EXCHANGE WAS QUICK AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS EXPERIENCE.

We purchased a Shed. Johnny Pillow helped us. He made sure we were able to get a trailer rented, he helped to hook up the trailer, and helped to load the shed onto the trailer. Upon returning, he also went above and beyond to ensure that we had all the help we needed to return the trailer. Awesome Customer service!

I had been to Walmart and as well to Lowes, my preference has been Home Depot Rockwall, this experience again was disappointing, no associates, no check out help, I got the one thing I had to have and left. And it was overpriced in comparison

I needed to buy 80 bags of mulch and the store associate was very pleasant to deal with. He rang it up and had the crew load it on the truck for us. It was as easy as 1-2-3! I love quick and easy transactions. Thanks guys!

IF THIS STORE DOES NOT HAVE WHAT I NEED THEY CAN GET IT

Two ladies helped me with locating the products I needed. We are removing carpet from our home, and have never done this before. Both of the ladies there had done this same project previously so they were able to not only help me locate the tools I needed, but also gave me some great tips and advice. Now it's time to get the job done!

So I went into the Rockwall, TX store the other day to get a Toro lawn mower. I asked the cashier if she could find an associate to assist me in choosing one which she promptly did. I ended up with two, not one, associates assisting me in choosing a lawn mower and explaining all the proper maintenance of the mower as well as other lawn advise. I had an issue with ants and they helped me pick up the best pesticide for my situation. They spend at least 30 mins to an hour helping me out with everything. It's nice to get really great service like this and I plan to continue coming to this Home Depot store in the future.
