Sue Witner the appliance specialist was amazing! She spent about an hour with us offering her professional advice and personal preferences as we chose a washer and dryer combination. Then helped us pick out a microwave. She was wonderful!

The team spirit of this store comes through in the way that if one employee isn't sure of a solution to a problem they've called another one to help. We always get a smile from them and leave with one on our faces. I've never felt ignored and that is my pet peeve in any store. But they aren't hounding you either. An associate named Nancy went above the norm to suggest something to us and then she zipped us through the hoops to get us on our way! I can't thank her enough!

I only recommend this store if you are fully aware of what you need and where to find it. Employees are of no assistance on a regular basis. 15 years ago, they were great. Even when I track one down, I can't seem to get any good help. I go here purely for convenience purposes, it certainly isn't for the customer service. If one of the other box stores was closer, I would choose them.

fix your handi cap carts don't like getting stuck in the middle of the store with a dead battery time for some new carts

Need more help at the service desk. Lines form and no one comes up to give a hand to the one person that is there.

Some were friendly., others to busy. I went to store in Grand Haven, they hove other than self check out lanes. People at check out making excuses why machines don't work. sometimes only 2 of 4 working. Why can't other lanes be open.

Not designed for contractors, come here to waste your time with terribly maintained equipment rentals.

I love my HD store in Roosevelt Park, MI. The associates don't ever make me feel rushed. They're always available to help with questions, no matter how many times I come back to the store. I've had awesome experience with EVERY department and the associates KNOWLEDGE of their departments have helped me with any project I've encountered. I've also been pleased with the contractors who installed our carpet from HD.

Please keep up the excellence at this store. I love what you are doing and am a proud long time constomer.

I have had nothing but excellent service from store associates. You are greeted with a smile and they are willing to help you find what you are looking for and explain how to use the item if appropriate. I will continue to shop at Home Depot. With their wide range of products, you don't have to go anywhere else. The store is always clean and well organized.

I received excellent customer service at this location. All Associates were friendly and helpful. I chose to shop at this location over a Lowe's store that was closer to me. My experience at Lowe's has been poor due lack of Associates available to help me when needed.

As a handyman I find this to be the most efficient big box lumber store in Muskegon. The staff is very helpful in getting me in and out quickly. I appreciate their hustle and consistently kind service.

The person who helped me and answered my questions went above and beyond to provide me with the assistance I needed. I had been price comparing lawn tractors at Lowes, Tractor supply, and a local lawn / garden shop. Home Depot was the only place where all my questions were answered knowledgeably and with professionalism. Pricing was within $100 at each place but the assistance I received at Home Depot was what clinched the sale. From the salesman on the floor to the cashier to the young men who assisted me in renting and loading your van, exceptional service from all of your team!! Kudos to your employees!
