Cashiers and floor associates are very friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't know, they'll find someone who does. Also very clean and dog friendly!

Clean and organized store with good selections of merchandise and services. Staffs on floor are knowledgeable and willing to help! Any problem, look for Raymond!

I love Home Depot in general because I like to fix stuff. What I particularly like about this store is how they treat their veterans. They employ a number of veterans from all branches. The lady that helped me Krissy is an Army veteran and she was super knowledgeable. They have won me over and I will shop here because it. Great job!!!

We had a great experience purchasing a washer from this Home Depot. Will in appliances was so incredibly kind and patient and went the extra mile for us. Every person we spoke with at the store were great!

I've been to many Home Depots across the western USA and this one was by far the best. I had many opportunities to ask questions of knowledgeable and helpful staff. They are well trained, available, and polite.

Employees on floor either ignore you, or will not answer your question...this is a reflection on the store manager...not good!

Another great experience shopping at Beaverton Home Depot. The greeter, Raymond, made my day. Frustrated by any home repairs, he made this chore really pleasant. He showed me where to buy my needed supplies and made a human connection. Great job.

I've usually been able to find whatever I need at Home Depot. Its been a good store for me over the years

I prefer this store over the others in the area- cleaner and seems somewhat easier to find things.

So I have never had an experience that wasn't less then satisfactory by my personal standards at this particular Home Depot. I always have a fantastic visit when I come here whether I actually make a purchase or not. Sometimes I am just there for knowledge and others I'm price shopping but usually make a purchase here.

The S. Beaverton store is well laid out and well stocked, plus they've got a great staff who have been very helpful to me on a number of occasions. I frequently find myself going to this store over the other Beaverton store or the Hillsboro store.

The store was very clean when we entered and were Immediately greeted. Customer service experience was on point and got the help we needed. Highly recommend the store location if your close by.

Doc in plumbing fixtures was very polite and helpful regarding the selection of shower and vanity fixtures. Hovan was very helpful with purchase selection of replacement door handles for a recenty purchased home. In other large home improvement stores it is often hard to find a staff member for assistance

I had an excellent experience purchasing my washer and dryer from Scott. He was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. Since this was my first major appliance purchase on my own, he was very patient! I will definitely return to Home Depot for future purchases!
