Staff is helpful,quick and friendly

Tang was SOOOO patient with both my elderly mother and I in getting my approved credit to be applied to her very much needed purchase of a new water heater, she’s now the reason why I won’t go to any other Home Depot except for the Kings Canyon Rd one! Jennifer and Cindy were also awesome in helping us. Even though it took over an hour to assist us, it was so appreciated that we had Tang! Tang should definitely be the employee of the month for September and August!!

Store was clean and the selection excellent. Employee was courteous and very helpful, helped me find the repair kit and hose to fix my toilet quickly, which made my family very happy. Great store to find everything you need.

Self check out, needed assistance "BAM"! (I wish I would of caught his name, wasted no time he already knew the issue I was having, I needed to looked up this 1/2"×1/2" PVC 90 barcode cause as luck would have it I grabbed the only one that didn't have it.)

Easy checkout easy return!

The Plumbing Department is a horrible mess. Parts bins seldom contain the items listed on the box. It's up to the customer to sort it out. I could not find what I was looking for. If one is lucky another customer can assist them. Send some employees to Plumbing and ask them to organize it, and return to it on a regular basis. Home Depot, you can do better! It just takes willingness and effort.

Kate in the garden department was nice and courteous. Help us find the plant/flower we couldnt find on our own. Sam who was doing security helped my father and I get a tool unlocked and helped recomend the best tool with lifetime warranty for our need. Awesome Job.

Sure, go there if you need something they have. Most employees will help you. I was rushed because website says open 9-10 7 days. Wondered about sunday. Didnt call~shouldnt have to. Got there 930 or so, didnt have chance to get everything i needed, nor find a product they should have...maybe they do, but lights dimmed, they wanna go home, had to leave. I do wish there were more choices for shopping this side of fresno. At least this store IS here. Employees friendly. All but the guy who 'wanted to go home', were helpful.

Every time I've gone into the store there's nobody there to help me, so if I get the wrong part I always have to make a return.

Jacob Ramirez does an excellent job in managing the 4864 E. Kings Canyon RD. Fresno CA 93727. It is by far he best home improvement store within the Central Valley. All departments and staff are hard working, courteous, respectful, of good character, and have a positive can do attitude.

The customer service at this location is horrible! The girls at the register are obviously only there to receive a paycheck.

Employee there are very rude and unhelpful

Poor customer service. Associates do not even try to help you just because they say "it's not their department". If you work there, at least try to help in some way. No associates greet you and just walk by like they don't see you.

Store is always clean and organized. Paint department full time worker "Craig" is very helpful. Once this week he looked up what isle my westpack fixall was. It was all the way in building materials. Not even in his department, but he insisted that he wanted to help me. What a great employee. What a joy to be helped in this manner.

Too many times I've had to stop at another Hardware Store because this one is "out of stock". The Pro-Desk is usually as slow as pouring Molasses n Winter! The two Chk Out Cashiers r Wonderful! The quickest and most cordial being Heather who seems to enjoy her job!

The people were very helpful and loaded my truck without me asking.

Store is well stocked. Employees always making sure i found what i needed. They always take time to say hello when i am in the store. They are very friendly. Always a great experience at this store.

All the employees are very knowledgeable about items they sell. They go above and beyond when I need assistance finding an item. They are very polite and friendly.

While the products are good and the prices are good, the customer service is very poor. On several occasions I have been ignored by the staff and treated rudely when I do happen to find someone to talk to. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this store.
