My latest trip to Home Depot turned out better than I could have hoped. I went for a truck battery and left with a new pre-lit Christmas trees that was marked down. I took the floor model as I thought that's was it and that's why the price was so good. They cought me at the registers to let me know they actually still had some in the box and helped me swap it out. Very helpful and kind...

The store is at easy accessible location and I impressed with nice staff and good services.

They were short on help but the employees there did an outstanding job.

Special thanks to Stephen Schroer in the flooring department. He loaded 800 lbs of ceramic tile onto a cart and moved it to the cashier's station for me. Then two other employees loaded it into my truckbed.. Could not have been easier! Thanks :)

I 8/10 go to this store because of location and the friendly, happy reps that are there. This last time it was the height of Christmas shopping. I knew what I wanted but couldn't locate it. I stopped a worker, asked and she sheepishly said it was her second day there, but would help me look. It took a minute, but she stayed with it and found it. I appreciated the fact that she didn't just point me in the direction or say IDK. Workers there are happy and helpful.

I have never been treated better as a customer shopping ANYWHERE as I was on a random Monday night shopping for wall screws for a TV mount. Home Depot is lucky to have a guy like Don H. Working for them, ESPECIALLY with the new skeleton staff trend. He had the whole store on his back and still had a smile on his face. This man deserves a raise.

Different Nick from the other Overland Park location but still great. Really knows his stuff. Nick is Home Depot.

Consistent good service, especially for veterans. I have discontinued going to a store by the name of Sutherlands due to Home Depot policies and making me feel important.

4 self checkouts, line waiting, went to step up to the next self checkout when it was my turn with my 3yr old. home depot employee jumped in front of me, didn't say a thing, took me out of the waiting line now, stuck in the middle of going back into the self checkout line. said to the employee how rude and that i was in line. didn't acknowledge, the customer did though! said sorry, they had been waiting 15 minutes for someone to unlock a thermostat for them. i mentioned no worries, not your problem but employee was rude as hell to do that without saying a thing and just ignoring me. ace is the place....with those friendly....yup. later HD.

wish I had gone to this store instead of ordering on line.

Great service getting a quote and scheduled to have a kitchen backsplash put in. Love the tile I have picked out, and will be looking forward to seeing the finished job.

I went in to this store for a door that they "could not sale to me" but had in the store after wasting an hour and a half of my time.

I went into this Home Depot store to purchase a Toro lawnmower since other places did not carry this manufacture, and was greeted by employees willing to help. I got assistance right away and was able to get in and out in a short time. All the employees were super!

Rachel at the self checkouts really made my day. She greeted me with a smile, helped me get my Veterans discount and assisted checking me out. All stores could learn from Rachel.

It’s rare to find an employee that goes above and beyond to help you. A guy name Stephen Schroer Definitely did this. I was looking at a product in the flooring department for a repair that did not come in the color I needed. He took me over to the paint department and found a product and then discussed it with the paint department employee. The product work perfect and I truly appreciated the effort put into helping me find it.

I was very impressed with the number of available employees who were more than happy to help me find what I was looking for. I was looking for a snow fence and with assistance, was able to purchase the snow fence and the needed yard stakes. Best customer service I have had anywhere for years!! Well done!!!

I shop at this store almost on a daily basis for my job. They always have what I need and if it can't find it, there is always someone around to help. I get in and out very quickly.

There are times when it might be hard to find various items. Theresa is always my first choice when I have a problem. The store is always very clean and the welcome people are friendly and courteous

It doesn’t matter it your a Pro or a Joe Schmo, 2209 has what you need. Managers to part timers, this store is full of helpful, knowledgeable team members. From paint to electrical, and lumber to kitchen, these associates are the friendliest bunch and can help with projects large or small.

Went in to buy a vanity for a downstairs bathroom and had great customer service. Employees went above and beyond by showing us many to choose from and explaining the features of each.

I recently bought new appliances, my rep was patient, knowledgeable, friendly! Made it a fun experience! Then last week I went in for a Ring security light. The rep went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted.

I was in the store to purchase a new toilet for a current bath remodel. I had a list of 2 brands and numerous models from online research. I appreciated being able to read other Home Depot reviews of all toilets on my list. It made my final choice much easier.
