Shopped there on 7/22 and 7/23/17. All staff, including greeter, guy who cut window shade/blinds and cashier were all knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and courteous in a genuine way, without too much chit/chat or any delay. Was so helpful to us on a sweltering day with much to get done. Was a productive and pleasant shopping experience.

Great service. The best thing is when you ask for help the sales person does not make you feel as if he is doing you a favor. They had everything I needed and were polite together with helpful.

Have more associates available to answer and assist with whatever the case is. I came in yesterday and purchased counter tops and appliances with Barb ( awesome associate... very helpful), but I came back in tonight to get a vanity on sale. This normally would have taken 15 minutes, it took me 45 minutes. I had to find a associate and then wait for checkout. There were several associates at the self check area, but not seeming to want to help. Or possibly, getting ready to head out. Needless to say, I felt this could have been better.

This store's employees are extremely helpful and friendly.

I've been dealing with this store for the past few months as I'm doing a kitchen remodel. Can't say enough about the employees and the professional service they provide.

Store employees are always most helpful and make suggestions on items I know nothing about! You can always find someone to provide assistance and employees are friendly as well. Store is clean and employees will direct you if need assistance especially if you have an odd size needed i.e. doors,etc.

Levi in appliances is a super nice guy and knows a lot about the products.

The store not convenient to where unless I am combining it with other shopping stops. The selection was good and easily reached.

Helpful staff. I called ahead to see if the store had a 25' garden hose which they said they did not. I immediately got a call back saying they were just delivered and they would put one for me at the garden check-out for my pick up. Outstanding!

The whole store is neat and well kept. Everything is orderly. I really enjoy the way the tool section is set up.

This store is a great place to shop and products were easy to find.

This store took the time to answer my questions and do so without acting like I was an aggravation to them. That is why I spent nearly $300.00 there today.

I love to shop this store. Employees are always friendly and always asking if I need any assistance. They are very knowledgeable of their products and where items are located. Employees are always ready to help you load items if you need them too. The store is very clean and well organized.

I enjoyed shopping at this store. All the associates were very helpful and I found the store to be neat and clean. When shopping I usually do a scouting visit and think over the products I want and returned to this particular store which was almost 6-miles farther because the staff were so friendly during my first visit. My hope is that all stores would recognize that GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPORTANT...and a human voice that says, I'll find out and be right back with you!!!

Prefer this Home Depot over Lowes any day if the week. Great selection, great friendly service and lower prices, don't forget it's the home of the lifetime warranty Ridgid power tools!

The Home Depot on Franklin offers an amazing selection of perennials. I received helpful suggestions from the garden store employees.

Don't bother going to the competing store across the street, Home Depot excels in customer service and helpfulness. We have been working full time on a renovation project for past month, and we don't even bother going to the "other" store anymore. All the staff at Home Depot have given us excellent customer service in many different departments throughout the project. Home Depot rocks!

FRIENDLY STAFF NICE STORE

I have always been welcomed to the store every time I've visited. The employees are always helpful and willing to lend a hand when needed. I would recommend they slow their pace when helping someone who may walk a little slower than they do. Just a suggestion.

I have been a loyal HD customer for over 20 years and have worked from coast to coast and the good people at this store are by far the best that I have ever encountered. I like coming here not just for the store, but for the camaraderie of some great people. Thanks for all you do guys, but more than that, thanks for being who you are!

The store personnel makes sure when they see you, they ask if you need assistance. They are NOT afraid to speak and ask if you need help and go out of their way to make your shopping experience the best you can get. I have shopped at this store for the past 18 months and purchased numerous home repair items and have found each and every visit to be way beyond my expectations! Would rate this store a grade point of A++!
