Everyone is very friendly and happy to help! They take the time to understand your needs and listen and always willing to offer their expertise!! I think there is only one cashier that is not very friendly. Home Depot is the only place I go for all of my home improvement projects or appliances!!

Associates were extremely helpful and friendly. Found the product which another retailer did not have in stock and cancelled my order for it on the day it was scheduled for delivery. Was able to find, have questions answered and buy quickly with the help of staff.

Every time I go to this store, I have found all of the employees there so helpful, courteous and so willing to help you find the product you are looking for and making sure it is the right one, even when you are looking for tools, paint and every item in the store. It is always clean and in order. This makes your shopping experience so much better than most places you go to.

I HAD A WORKER ASK IF I NEEDED HELP, SOMETHING THAT NEVER HAPPENS THERE YOU USUALLY LOOK FOR SOMEONE TO HELP YOU. THE GENTLEMANS NAME WAS KEVIN LUSTER, I NEVER HAD SOMEONE ASSIST ME LIKE HE HAD DONE! GIVE HIM FIVE STARS!!!!! WHEN I CHECKED OUT A CASHIER LEAH THEATED HE EXCEPTIONALLY, SHE SEEMED LIKE MY OWN GRANDDAUGHTER SHE WAS SO HELPFUL. THIS WAS MY BEST SHOPPING DAYS EVER THERE!!!

HAD ASSISTANCE OVER THE PHONE BEFORE GOING TO STORE. WERE ABLE TO FIND PRODUCTS VERY EASILY. AILES ARE MARKED FOR EASY ACCESS TO PRODUCTS. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. WAS ABLE TO PURCHASE PRODUCT NEEDED. EXCELLENT STOCK

The store is clean and as well stocked as times allow. I did find the item I was looking for and easily acquired it. The employees treated me with respect and was knowledgeable with the products in the store. The associate at the register was friendly and professional. I will definitely shop here again.

EVERY ISLE WAS LISTED BY PRODUCTS AND ALL SALES PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS READY TO HELP. STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND NEAT.

The older (maybe Italian) gentleman from plumbing helped us find a window we were looking for and pulled it from an upper shelf. He helped me load all of the windows on a cart and talked to us about our kids and his daughter.

The employees in this store are always helpful. We do a lot of remodeling and are there all the time. We only use Behr paint for all of our projects.

Everyone I spoke to was able to help me on my recent visit. Leah, associate was pleasant to talk to. I did not catch the other associates names during my visit. The store had what I needed to buy.

I would steer clear of Customer Service at this store, rude, unprofessional and down right lazy!
