    CUSTOMER STORE REVIEWS

Rated 4.3 out of 5 by 77 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by awesome team The service at the salinas home depot was more enjoyable compared to the seaside store where i could find what i was looking for and wasn't even approached. Went to salinas and was almost immediately approached by the store staff they were busy but the worker i ended up talking to was surprisingly a store manager who helped me out in garden and even asked the supervisor in the department to help me. Thank you isaac and jacquie for a the best shopping experience ive had in a big box store and for making me laugh. June 26, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Customer service The home depot in Seaside have frienly and more helpfull personel than the one in Salinas June 30, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great service staff is available and very helpful. go out of their way. July 9, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by excellent people busy store but having a little patience at this store is worth while no matter how small or how big the item or list. June 26, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Review of the Home Depot in Salinas This store has great associates in the door section... a young man by the name of Edgar C was very helpful. Then on the other hand the cashier that checked me out double charged me for an item. I should've checked my receipt, but I was in a hurry to go home and watch the Warriors game. Now filling out the survey, I checked over my receipt and realized he charged me $52.97 twice for an item I bought. That sucks, but I guess it's a way to get me back in the store. May 29, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Lumber Department and Associates Isle 18 and 19 lumber. 18 missing signs and bins were empty and what product there was junk.... Looked like no one care to maintain the dept after the weekend. How can people know how much the product is or WHAT it is. The associate that helped me scanned one item and walked away. I asked him if he was having a bad day and he gave me a look like "you are disturbing me" and walked away. The dept looked like no one cares about customer service or needs. The associate at the self service line was behind the main desk laughing and talking with someone on phone whitle I was standing immediately in front of her and she saw me but made me wait till she was finished. I will be very willing to go some where else that shows care even if price is higher. Looks like Home Depot has lost their sense of customer service pride that built this company........ Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Love Jose (lumber) and Roy (manager) My experience with this H/D is like most others in the last decade, not enough help when needed. I hope they get the message that the number one priority should be having shelves (mainly in building materials) down at a level customers can get to without having to get a forklift at 7:30-8AM Nothing more frustrating than not having enough drywall,, 2x4's, mud, or other items they sell a lot of every day, down in a large enough quantity in the AM. Yesterday (Sunday) there were about 30 pieces max of 1/2" drywall down, while the stack next to it was empty, yet 2 full stacks were behind the empty spot, even a Sunday, they are going to blow out drywall right? How about getting a SKU board with millworks profiles back up front, we had a LONG line last week waiting for not one, but two customers ahead of us needing millworks help?? Prodesk is excellent, as well as Jose (best employee there, IMO)., also was VERY frustrated yesterday, and the manager, Roy, handled the problem and calmed me down well, sorry for being upset. Also Robert the loader GIANT always there to help when I need 30 pieces of ply or drywall... April 18, 2016
