On a very busy Saturday morning the "brilliant "management at Salinas store decided to have only 1 checkout register open at 9am. There were at least 30 people in line and some were yelling loudly for the store to open more registers. Needless to say about 1/2hour later they finally did. With all the Home Depot employees standing around and talking to each other you'd think management would demand better customer relations.
Thank God there is a Lowe's close by.

Store is clean and very easy to locate whatever you want to buy but the only problem sometimes was its hard to find a salesperson to ask help maybe because they're also busy attending some customers

The lady in the paint section was so very helpful, she knew right what I wanted and where it was located, she took me right to the area. Thank you so much

There were not enough associates available to assist the customers in the paint dept. We waited for 15-20 minutes for someone on a forklift to get a pallet of lumber, before giving up and leaving without spray paint or lumber.

Store associates are far and few between, when needing assistance. I bought two shower door kits, brought them home and began trying to install them. My fiance and I came to the realization that there was serious hardware missing from both. We called the store back to exchange the kits, and were directed to another store because they didn't have any of the kits in stock. We called several other stores within a 60+ mile radius and the nearest store was well over an hour and a half away in order to get a new one. Very dissatisified with the overall situation considering the amount we've spent within a 3 week period was well over $8K.
