I like shopping in a store that is clean & people smile, A smile goes a long way.

Always a great place to shop. If you need help all you need do is ask.

Email me directly and I will explain exactly what I have not been able to enter into this space due to supposedly invalid/inappropriate language? Really? Ridiculous.

Mark in kitchen design was very helpful

No treated 2x4's told by one clerk that they would bring some from out back. 15 minutes later told by another clerk that they were out of stock. Bought 26) 2x4x96's. They didn't have enough down at the customer level to complete my order. I had to wait over 15 minutes for help. But they didn't even use a forklift to bring them down form up above, they just got a set of stairs. Also had to wait over 30 minutes to get floor sheeting cut. The sale person in the door/window area and the check out lady were very nice. But had to wait for over 15 minutes at the checkout for a manager to come and approve my discount.

Although at times the staffing is low, you can usually find someone to assist you. The neat thing about this store is, except for the very new employees, everyone seems to be able to get you to what you need using the computer devices they carry. They also call for someone that is assigned to the area you need items from. Most will wait with you to ensure that someone comes to help you.

Inconsistent,unprofessional and rude management!!!

I was a Manager of Customer Services for 35 years with the Federal Government and I want to make sure the service to customers are up to par because the customers perception how good of an outfit/place of business, starts with our sales people. Unfortunately, there are sales personnel who are not as friendly or walking in twos chattering, walking past customers without offering assistance. On this particular visit, I was asked to apply for a credit card. This is a first. So I obliged. I was approved. Thank you! NOTE: I was wondering if every cashier is trained to ask every customer to apply?

This is the third time that I go to the paint apartment. In the guy that runs the paint department he don't know Spanish and all I have been translating for ham in for another people I think that you guys need to someone there somebody they speak English Spanish well. That's that's my own words hopefully you guys don't take it the wrong way I'm just being real definitely I had like Home Depot and I definitely will go back to buy products

Looked at grills,ordered a stok grill that day. Looked at plants, found what i wanted. A box planter for my new herb garden.Looked for stove air fan cover, found but not rite one.

Brenda gave me very bad customer service she had an attitude and was snotty to me I don't appreciate her attitude I try to find a manager to complain I said that she was in customer service and she was very mean spirited gave me dirty looks and was being mean to me

Sometimes out of stock especially hardware. Hinges , brackets, plumbing supplies. Sometimes the products are mixed up and it seems it stays that way from one visit to the next . Cashiers are generally friendly and nice. There are some nice loaders working there , ready and willing to help. Finding help in the isles can be problematic.

I came into the store for soil and I wasn't sure where to start, since I'm new at this gardening thing (New Years resolution). I sought help from a kind employee, Leslie M, and she helped me find awesome, organic, soil that was at such a good price! I was very happy with my visit!

I have yet to walk into this Home Depot and been greeted right away, cashier Andrea welcomed me with a hello and pointed me in the right direction to the product I came in for. I made sure to come back to her to get rung up I was not diappointed. The customer service from her was excellent and made my impression of this store better.

I have always gotten paint at Home Depot for out rentals especially at this one. Now that I have my own home and my wife and I needed paint we pick out colors and came to HD and it was simple and fast. Got everything we need and will keep on getting paint here and other home improvement necessities.

A young man named Matt Iman went out of his way to help me. During the 45mins it took to solve my problem he was so patient and knowledgable I was amazed. Several other employees had to consult with him to help solve other clients needs, I was so impressed with this young man that I decided to write a review. Ask for Matt if you need help in the Salinas store.
