I have been shopping at the San Fernando location for years. Today's visit, I was greeted and given the most excellent customer service by Cristian and the store manager, Kim. They made me feel that I'm a valued customer!

The staff here is amazing. So helpful and kind.

Want to be home working on this project but sitting in my car writing a review because I'm so irritated and I burnt my night anyways wasting time at this store. Went to the checker. One of my lumber peices had no sticker. Checker told me to hold on she has to call someone. She then asked if I can go back and take a picture of the barcode. I said "Can't you look it up?". Said no it would take too long. I ran back and told her to let the guy behind me to go. Instead she charged the rest of my items while I was gone. I paid in a hurry because of the line build up. Walk out the door checking my receipt and see she charged me for 2 extra brackets on top of my other 2. Went back and she said "my bad". Told me to go to customer service and she can't do a refund. Asked her to call them so I don't have to stand in line for 20 minutes to fix a mistake that I didn't make. Get there and there's a line of course. I asked the employee did she talk to the cashier. Nope. I asked for a manager and explained the situation. He gets there and by the time he's working on my refund the line would've been just as fast. Had to scan my debit card to get a refund. I asked if I can get cash. Nope. I believe they used to. Not anymore. Now I got to wait 3 days and check with my bank to make sure I get it. No thanks and no sorry. Just an irritated vibe from the manager because I'm irritated. Never the most helpful at home Depot but they normally don't screw up your order at least

The staff at this store are very courteous, professional and helpfull.

store was clean and plenty of hand sanitation stations in every register.

Helpful employees. I wish supplies were more available but The Home Depot is working to meet the needs of customers.

Great store to shop in, lots of things to choose from at great prices. Clean friendly store so glad we have one near us.

This store is so sweet everyone is so nice and they greet you at the door which is definitely a nice thing it makes your day! I love how they ask if you need anything or have any questions everyone their knows their things to help out the people ! MARTIN ! Who works their is supper sweet he helped my mom in translating and it was so sweet cause at other places their rude but he helped out!

This store is always clean and all the employees are very helpful. You are not only greeted with a smile but a friendly voice saying "Hello, welcome to Home Depot," too.

Never have anything you need. Employees are not helpful and in fact the rudest group of people work at this location than any other. Need to clean house and give those jobs to the people who actually appreciate a job and want to work.

This is a great store with friendly, helpful employees, store is also clean and not crowded.

Always short staffed. Very hard to get help and always have to wait long time to even get someone. Never have the products I need in stock.

Hello, Although the store was clean and employees wearing masks. So far the cashiers were friendly /nice. Every time I go to this Store no employee offers help and always hard to get help. Now there is a single line service which is extremely long , long wait times, no social distancing. I shared my experience with another person managing the single lane and the person did not seem to care. This is why I started shopping at Lowe’s and HD supply. If homedepot gets better with service I would like to return. Thanks

Elena the cashier was Great!! She joked with my children and I, eventhough the store was really busy. She has a good sense of humor and made my shopping experience easier.

Mo in the electrical department is one of the best reps. at the store. He is always insightful and very helpful. Today I dealt with a GM and she was also very helpful. She was very kind and loving and willing to help.

Good store with plenty of inventory but service is inconsistent. Sometimes you get lucky and find an exceptional associate that is willing to help. That type of consistent service should always be there.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BY ISABEL IN CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT.

The store is clean and organized and I found my item quickly. Although I was quick, I found my car vandalized and the front passenger window was broken when I came back. I talked to the manager, Ross and she was kind enough to help me and guided me on what to do, call the police and file a report, etc. Even though I was upset, her attention and concerns were calming. Your security force is on top of things and ensuring. Thank you for the support.

The store was clean and organized. The shelves are pretty well stocked for the most part. The only negative remark is the cashier by the name of alan is not friendly at all. Don't greet, doesn't thank, and doesn't smile or offer any assistance or show interest in the customers shopping experience.

This store is very clean and organized. They have two people that will make your shopping experience very positive. Giselle is one of the best cashier I have ever worked with. She will do whatever it takes to help you. Fernando is an awesome manager who cares deeply about customer satisfaction. He will go great length to earn your business and loyalty. I live 1 mile from the Van Nuys Home Depot but I would rather drive 20 minute to shop at this location.

All the associates are very polite , they are always very friendly and they had me in and out of there quickly.

I did not have any issues at the time of purchase. I had issues when I came back to exchange the item I bought for having a manufacturer error. I felt judged and discriminated during my returned visit. As I was walking out of the store after my exchange, I was stopped by a worker named Delia at check out. She asked to see proof of purchase. I don't understand why this worker decided to stop me and asked to look at my receipt. Theirs other people that walked out of the entrance before I did and she never bothered to stop them. If this was standard protocol every person walking out of the store would be stopped and asked to show proof of purchase. This is why I felt judged and discriminated. This is unacceptable. Delia shouldn't have stopped me, she had no right to. She's not security.
