I went to get paint and wasn't sure what to get or what brush. Cody in paint was so very helpful and I really appreciated it very much. I talked to the manager on duty that day I believe it was Cory, they both very helpful and friendly.

No matter WHAT home depot i go to ans SPEND alot of money- the men employees treat women like we are stupid,like they are bothered HELPING you do anything. Its disgusting

Returned a product on 6-15-22 using my debit card and was refunded my purchase….as of today, 6-23-22, I have not received my refund to my debit card. Horrible customer service! So customers, beware of this policy.

They have great prices for my handyman projects. Lots of inventory too. I've bought several boxes of oak laminate flooring for multiple projects.

Increased staffing levels, technology and training are making big difference in service. Employees using mobile devices helped me select and find in store items I sought. Now I can find items online and their aisle and bin locations in store.

Lisa R (customer service) and Ken (store manager) made things right with an unsuccessful delivery of Kitchen cabinets. Great service and caring staff. Best Home Depot around!!!

Among the staff, they hire a significant percentage of helpful, seasoned professionals in construction, etc. who can answer questions based on experience and expertise.

Bought a finish nailer and drove back home to Montana, about a 45 minute to a hour drive each way, when I reviewed my new nailer it had a tag attached to the gun reading “ Display Only Non-Working”. When I returned the tool and told them what occurred and the distance I had to travel, they took an additional 30 dollars off the purchase price on top of the 25 dollars off for applying for a Home Depot credit card, to compensate for my travels.

It seems like everytime I shop at your store I can never find an employee to help me. When I finally catch someone they act as if I'm bothering them.

Home Depot is my go-to store for everything from hardware to gardening supplies and plants to remodeling materials. Unlike the TV ads that make veiled negative comments about stores like Home Depot, this Home Depot's employees ALWAYS go out of their way to help me find and purchase what I really need. So glad they're within easy driving distance from home.

Store #1810 will help you envision and realize what you can achieve, whether you are a DIY handyman like me or a Contrator. You'll encounter the Team's All Stars; Catrina at the Customer Service Desk, Chris at the Self Checkout stations, Mgr Ken who rallies his Team, the Paint Bullpen Team (both lefties and righties), and if you want to experience the best handshake and/or learn how, seek out 6-yr Navy Vet Bill in Electrical.

For quite a few years I have shopped at Home Depot in Sandpoint. I love to shop there because I know if I have a question concerning: How to do some handy work or what type of took I need to use or what type of paint is best for my home project or anything else, I will be assisted by a store employee who is a professional and I will get all the help that I need.

This is a great place to shop for all kinds of home materials. It is 100 miles from my home but the best bargain place to go for anything connected to our home. Service has always been excellent.

I loved the help I the appliances center

This store is super friendly and Employees are almost always eager to help even when covid was active here. When you enter the store some one always says Hi unless all are real busy. Like I said Home Depot is my favorite store for all hard ware and appliances and tools ETC. And they sell good quality tools and appliances.

The store is so crowded you can’t walk through it

Many tough-guy pickup trucks racing through the parking lot. No bicycle rack Very inconvenient for those not driving to the store
