Lower prices, friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean and organized store.

Been a card holder for many years...…...I am a "do it yourselfer" and always have a project going on. I have shopped at this store many times and 90 % of the time buy here. There have been occasions I couldn't find what I was looking for and had to ask. Always received friendly service and effort from the staff. If I had to pick something that slightly bothers me, it is the appearance of many of the staff. Yes, they all have the HD vest on but beyond that they could use a dress code. I might add, it's not just this store but most all the Home Depot I have been in.

Every time we've been to this location the employees are very knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. Store is clean and well stocked with inventory. Fast & efficient! A+++

Needed composite decking and Jacy was so helpful. Other stores make you go online to see their product where at Home Depot you can view the decking in the store

When I walked through the store, every associate asked if I needed assistance. When I asked one of them where an obscure product was, the young associate knew exactly which aisle it was on without hesitation. The cashier was friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. Service was great and the store was easy to navigate. This is a great store with associates that are very friendly and very helpful.

Purchased a Kitchenaid Dishwasher for delivery on June 20th. Was NOT informed by the sales person I need a special bracket to replace old dishwasher under a granite countertop. When delivered the installer said they could not install the unit. I ordered a bracket and rescheduled the delivery for June 25th. When the delivery truck arrived they had an unboxed and dented Whirlpool dishwasher. I refused delivery and called the store. I was told the warehouse had "lost" my purchase and it would take 7 to 14 days to find it?????. Not sure where the problem lies, but Home Depot needs to stand behind their products AND service and delivery. If not resolved quickly, I will cancel my order and purchase elsewhere.

Friendly employees & clean store, great location

As soon as I entered the store, an employee cordially directed me to the appliance department. Once I had determined my purchase, another employee happily & courteously assisted me through the entire process of applying for The Home Depot credit card process & finalization of my appliances purchase! I am very pleased with the entire shopping experience at The Home Depot!

guys in tools were great. and the lumber ( I got trim) sell in longer lengths than any other place. They will also cut. But the guys in tools knew how to be very helpful
