ONE OF THE FRIENDLIEST AND WELL STOCKED HOME DEPOT STORES I'VE EVER VISITED. THE OTHER HOME IMPROVEMENT STORES, HARDWARE STORES, GARDEN STORES, ETC., CAN'T BEGIN TO COMPARE TO THE HOME DEPOT CHAIN OF STORES, ESPECIALLY WITH THEIR EMPLOYEES.

The store has excellent employees who are professional, knowledgeable, but at the same time honest and not phony. They seem to always go out of their way to assist. Can't get any better than that!

Customer service at The Santa Fe Home Depot has deteriorated to an all time high. lack of floor/sales help, and knowledge sales staff on the floor, even after making several requests and waiting, help never arrived, or staff was unknowable. The recent replacement of almost entire self checkout machines, still always seems to leave you waiting for live assistance, lifting and having to bag, often heavy items, they lack the help and personality of a live person, and again almost always still have you waiting for the human cashier to proceed further. When all these big companies moved to Santa Fe they promised to improve our communities by providing employment and better our communities, many families are now falling on very hard times due to the implementation of all these machines/self checkouts rather than live employees, and the only thing it helps or benefits is the company. I understand times are changing, and maybe one or two self checkouts is a good idea, anything more is impersonable. Upon exiting rather than being thanked for shopping at The Home Depot, we were meet by a guard, unfortunately rather than being there to provide safety or security for their patrons, we were made to feel like a common criminal as the guard very rough and rudely demanded to see our receipt, though all our items were visible, pouring through it with a fine tooth comb, while others exited with cart loads and never were questioned. We have always valued and supported Home Depot, but this have left us with no desire to return.

All the staff are very helpful and I know many by name as I am in the store at least once a week. One in particular is Dawn. She is always ready to help and has made it a point that I find what I need. She has made sure online orders are available when I go in. She has taken care of issues with flooring and has helped at the front desk. She always happens to be in the store when I'm there and has a smile on her face. A GREAT ASSET TO THIS STORE. All have have been helpful from the loaders the the managers

The staff at this location are the best in the nation!! The paint staff and my cashier Harvey were some of the best employees of Home Depot I have ever done business with! Just wow!! Thank you!

Welcoming street perception! Service is hit or miss. PRO Desk is complete! Accessing store management is always a 20 minute wait Phone Sales are difficult and discounts are impossible! the CustomerCare email address take a long time to execute, as long as two weeks for a MILITARY Discount. Returns are generally fair! Thank you!

If U Buy Certain Flooring Make Sure They Have Enough Quantity Not Just What They Have There And That They Will Get More Incase U Need More Do Your Own Research Because If They Dont Have It Its Hard To Get More Online Plus U Pay For Shipping. I Baught Some 03/17/18 Was Told They Would Have More I Went Back Today 03/17/18 They Said They Had Some On The Way But Possibly They Would Get None Management Wont Do Anything For U And Send Their Employees Back N Fourth Instead Of Talking To U Directly And Make U Wait For Nothing. Management Needs Some Work.

In any section that has bins/display boxes, the wrong thing is more likely to be in the bin than the right one. Store employees just blame it on the customers and then DONT DO ANYTHING about it. Some sections have the same mis-stocked items day after day for weeks. I'm guessing store management never walks the store and samples the stock, or maybe they just have such a low standard of competence here in Santa Fe that 50% mis-stocked is an acceptable metric.

While in town working on a project for a local client, I had need of a number of different hardware items. I shop at Home Depot stores all over the country and found the Santa Fe Home Depot to be one of the cleanest , well organized and friendliest stores I had been in! Everyone was eager to help and made finding things especially easy. I hope I have more work in Santa Fe in the future - I may just forget a few things just so I can shop there again!

Have seen a tremendous improvement in the store, employees availability and helpfulness, along with new products. Noticed the pleasant changes about two years ago and hope to see the same level maintained.

We were seeking to remodel our bathroom and after going to other hardware stores where we found no help, and less product selection, we went to Home Depot in Santa Fe and found better and more choices and their customer service was great. We will definetly be going back for our bedroom products.

Before I retired from my federal position in March of 2016, I was required to relocate 4 times within my last 15 years of service. Because of the number of places I've resided during my career, I've literally shopped in Home Depot stores from the east coast to the west coast, and places in between. While most of the Home Depot stores I'm familiar with, or shopped at are all usually a great places to shop, the Santa Fe store seems to be, in my opinion, one of the friendliest, most well stocked, store I've ever experienced. Maybe it's because I've lived in Santa Fe now for going on 2 years and I do know many of the employees on a first name basis, I'm not sure. I just know that I've never had any negative experiences at the store.

The return service has always been smooth and not confrontational. I especially commend the clerk, Linda, who works in this department.

Going to the home Depot is a good place and self checkout is what I use a lot.

Very pleased with the overall customer service. I have placed a large amount of orders on-line this year and the pickup at the service desk has been very easy.

I had an excellent experience at the Santa Fe Home Depot. I asked someone for help and despite the fact that they were busy setting up for Black Friday, the employee gladly helped me with my question, showed me the two places to find the product personally, and gave me some useful advice. He was very friendly and helpful.

Floor help should be ready and willing to help. I see employees going back and forth avoiding customers.
