Are Kids Workshops offered at the Santa Rosa Home Depot?

Yes, the Santa Rosa store offers in-person Kids Workshops. These free in-store events take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am and noon. Registration for kids workshops is now available online and secures your spot at the event. Each month features a unique and exciting new kit pack to keep little doers engaged. Kits include all necessary craft materials, kit instructions, certificate of achievement, stickers, an apron pin, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Paint and all other required tools are provided at the event. Kits may be ordered online at our Kids Projects Activities page or picked up in-store if you prefer to participate in the workshop from home. Visit our customer service counter or call us to order your kit.

How do I check the balance of my Home Depot gift card?

Gift cards to The Home Depot are an excellent present for birthdays, housewarming parties, and the holidays. DIYers know they're fun to give and to receive. If you receive a gift card, you can check your gift card balance online or visit your local Home Depot store and ask a cashier to check the balance for you. Does The Home Depot Santa Rosa offer Curbside Pickup?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. using The Home Depot App.

Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when you shop eligible Store Pickup items. We will let you know via text message or email when your order is ready at the store. Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID with you.

To pick up your Curbside Order:
1. Download The Home Depot App.
2. Before you get to the store, use the link in your "Ready for Pickup" email or text message to tell us in the app that you're on the way.
3. After you get to the store, park in a designated Curbside Pickup space, which is typically located near the front of the store.
4. Check in through the app to tell us you've arrived.
5. Wait for us to bring out your order and load it into your vehicle.

    Excellent Service
    I have purchased numerous things from Home Depot over the past 60 as I moved out of one apartment and into another. I purchased a Ryobi link rolling tool box and also a small parts sorter that stacks on top. Customer service was helpful and efficient ensuring my transition went smoothly, and my purchases were correct.

                This store is lacking the materials to complete jobs. The service is hard to find. Employees when found seem to be knowledgeable and helpful, but you need to look for them throughout the store for their help.
                I am remodeling a bathroom from the ground up. The materials were able to be bought and found at good prices in Home Depot. But I had to return to two different stores several times to get the complete items needed because of out of stocks. Slow down the job my weeks

                  Had been searching for outdoor furniture and found this Lakewood 5 piece wood patio set. What nice quality and superb packing. We are extremely happy and pleased to have found such a nice quality wood set.

                    Poor Customer Service
                    Employees are not trained in customer service. I returned a garage door opener one day after purchase. And the reason was a missing part inside the package. The Home Depot installer told me that he was unable to install it, because "a piece was missing in the box! When I return the package, I faced hostilities from the employee at the "Customer Service" desk. The reason was that I only got partial credit for the garage opener, but not an installation fee of $148.00. When, I asked for the full refund, I was told it is not possible. Even though the garage door opener was not installed due to a missing part in the box! When, I asked to talk to manager I was called "rude"! It is somehow rather ironic that an incompetent and careless employee who lacked customer care training to be in charge of "Customer Service" desk for returns! I never knew that asking for your money back is labelled as "rude" in Home Depot. When others lack adequate training and civility can certainly damage the reputation of a store. I will not waste my time or money in this place again.
