I have been a customer for 23 years and am very impressed by the friendliness and helpful employees. My only objection is allowing dog owners to bring their animals into the store. That is dogs sitting in carts where I load my items and dogs on a leash sniffing at my legs. I am allergic to and frightened by dogs. The only exceptions are seeing-eye for the sight impaired which are all well trained.

The store is conveniently located and well stocked. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful.

My overall experience with Home Depot was excellent all employees that I came into contact were both courteous and helpful. I would recommend anyone shopping for home improvement products give Home Depot consideration.

The store was busy, but fairly clean. Would have been nice if the aisles in building materials were clear - reminded me of shopping at [the big-box, 24-hour retailer right next door] after midnight. Also, LADIES: DO NOT expect to assisted in any way if you are not in the cleaning materials aisles. Apparently, our female hormones make it virtually impossible for us to know anything about about framing a house, floor installation, or concrete leveling. (I started with roofing at age 13) Don't be offended, Home Depot; your biggest competitor is the same. I just wish that, in the 21st Century, ya'll could understand that sometimes, even if we don't have the same plumbing, we're built on the same solid slab foundation.

This is the third time I've came to this store to buy specialty lumber and the supplies are very limited. I've had to go to other Home Depots to get what I need. You would think the shelves would be restocked as needed.

Clean store with friendly helpful staff. I’ve been to many Home Depots across Florida, and Sarasota’s is the best.

Usually here at this store there is friendly helpful people that make spending money fun

The check out lady in the plant area were awesome store was jammed with people we still got out quickly products are great and plentiful. Cattleman’s store is awesome.

The store was very clean and well stocked with supplies. All the employees are willing to help you find what you are looking for. Very friendly employees from the entrance, through the store, and at checkout. Highly recommend this store

I shop at this store 2-5 times a week. I rarely see a grumpy face on the employees! Despite normal life challenges, and the daily stress there, they make me feel like I am part of the Cheers TV show, "Where everybody knows your name"! I appreciate their friendliness, and willingness to help me - even when they are crazy busy! This HD almost always has exactly what I am looking for too. I purchase many items from there, and sometimes have to return things. The folks at returns are amazing! They just roll with the punches, and keep on smiling! I always look forward to shopping here!

Good selection of products with great prices

We have found this location to be very clean with extremely nice displays of product. Fortunately, when looking for items there's always someone available to put us in the right direction. There were also plenty of knowledgeable representatives in each department to assist us with our needs.
