I walked in looking for lawn fertilizer and I was assisted by an associate who has great recommendations. I was then allowed to check out at the return desk and then asked if I found everything I needed right before I left. Amazing experience!

this store is exactly how i wish all home depot's to be like..

Employees are friendly and knowledgable

We were making major purchases for our new kitchen. On two trips to Home Depot, one for double ovens and one the next day for a cooktop the associates were great to deal with. They took the time to help us with the buying decisions. Both made my wife and I feel like valued customers.

We keep going back to Home Depot because the personnel are always willing to take the time to help us as best they can.

Store personnel was extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to service my needs.

I've gotten consistently good service here for twenty-plus years. In that time, things that used to take months to get from other businesses have gone down to weeks and then to days. I've been able to consolidate tons of my purchases that I used to have no choice but to spread out across dozens of outfits to Home Depot instead, and to this location in particular. They've saved me tons of time, money, and aggravation. and they'll continue to get as much of my business as I can bring them.

The home Depot keeps sending e receipts from another person that shops there. I've been in touch with them about it and they have not fixed it as of now. I don't have confidence in a chain that cant fix this and will not shop there until it is fixed.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Needed to make something untraditional work and the out of the box thinking from Mike Silva made it possible (and better than originally expected). Cashier Joann was quick and friendly!

Troyajah is a great asset to your store. She not only saved a sale (customer) but opened me a new charge account. She was alert and very aware of a bad situation that had occurred and jumped in and made me vey happy.

Store has everything that the other smaller home depot stores dont have such as Somerset, MA.

I had a wonderful experience at the Seekonk Home Depot. Len and Dennis were extremely helpful and figured out an effective solution to my problem, (connecting an old shop vac to my new Dewalt orbital sander). Len/Dennis suggested and demonstrated how I could use a sump-pump hose to connect the two units (shop vac and sander) to minimize the sanding dust. I purchased the hose kit, followed their directions, and bada-bing it worked perfectly!

I asked my sales person to do a return and repurchase on something I bought about a week before. There was a promotion I missed by about two days. I had the receipt but she wasn't sure she could do it. She asked another associate and confirmed it was all legal. She didn't have to do that. She could have made up a story and said sorry but she went the extra mile. It was refreshing that she was willing to make sure I was happy and I WAS. I love Home Depot and I will be back...

Great customer service and support this visit everything we needed was in stock, one of the employees (Camille, Sales Cashier) exceeded expectations; even thanked us for shopping with the Home Depot.

Home Depot is back - Helpful employees, customer service and inventory is back once again. Covid had really changed the complexion of the store and we were really disappointed with inventory and customer service. Glad to say they are back and had an excellent experience today purchasing lumber, cutting and loading.

The store is great especially when the managers take their time to go out of their way to help you out it's great it's awesome day just don't hide in the office or give you an attitude and say I can't do it they try to figure out a way to help their customers and this is why I keep coming back to this particular Home Depot

We recently purchased a home which needs a significant amount of work. We are doing most of the work ourselves and always go to Home Depot with questions. One particular visit we spoke with a Home Depot employee who answered our questions. We left his department and moved onto another department. That employee later left his department to come looking for us because he had additional information to share. Who does that?! We left his area and he actually came to find us to share more insight. I thought that was quite impressive!

Mike Vaughan in appliances was stellar! He helped us make decisions about our purchase and he is extremely knowledgeable about the products offered.

I have always been satisfied with this store. The employees are helpful and don't make you feel inferior.

Purchased 4 bundles of wood base. Got a call from the Home Depot saying that only three were in stock. I went to pick it up and the employees loaded the base onto my trailer. When I got home I noticed that 2 of the packs of base were completely destroyed. Which means that both the person that put together my order and the the person that loaded both saw the damaged product and decided that it was ok to sell. These are bundles of 5 pieces and there is maybe 2 pieces that are good in both bundles.

Great store always have what I need when I need it

I will likely not return to this store for any more appliances - delivery service is absolutely terrible. When my appliance was not delivered (they did a no call no show after confirming my delivery the day before), I tried the home depot delivery service phone number- which was impossible to reach a representative, and ultimately the phone call was ended by the automated voice. I proceeded to call the store for help, which I was told I would be put on with the appliance manager. I believe her name was Lori and she said she would call the delivery company and give me a call back. I offered her my direct phone number and she never returned my call for an update. Very poor management and customer service from this store. Once I realized that she had no intention of returning my call - I had to go onto THD website and find a text line for customer support.
