the home depot at shallotte always seems to have what I am shopping for. I will always try Home Depot first. If they don't it they will try to get it for you. The employees are always friendly and willing to help. I have shopped at Home Depot here in shallotte but have also shopped in the Frazer PA store when we lived in PA. I can say the Shallotte is a more friendly place , I enjoy going o home depot.

Love this particular Home Depot. If your there and need help ask for Anna at the pro desk, Ken usually in tools, Tara in kitchen and bath or Tom around the lumber. They know their stuff.

This particular location is a blessing to shop at. A friendly staff and managers that make "The home depot experiences a pleasure." The lady's at the pro desk are wonderful and motivated to make your experience at the shallotte location a special one! Thank you Candy and Anna!! And Robert the locations pro loader is always willing and able to help out in any way! What a great guy! And last but not least Frank is a great manager always willing to solve any issue that May arise! Thank you employees of the Shallotte location.

This store has a very friendly staff of associates who are very conscientious about helping customers with their specific needs. I always feel I can get help and answers to my questions when I need to.

the associate the first time at the paint was not with it that day . the paint was wrong and it constituted another trip to the store

This Home Depot is an excellent store. Every time I go in to shop I find the items I need and customer service are always very helpful. The paint section are excellent at helping you with any job.They helped me in repairing my whole house. The flooring dept are great in helping pick flooring and having all your supplies in fast. They were there for me in totally redoing my whole house from a flood.

The Shallotte Home Depot is my favorite place for all my DIY project supplies. Associates are the most friendly and willing & able-to-help "neighbors" in the industry. This store is kept organized and clean making it a pleasure to shop there. Their Home Depot website and app are timer savers in pre-shopping planning. And don't forget their Military discount!!

Hot ..hot Day! Super hot day and I was crazy to be shopping in the garden center of the store! The employees I saw were friendly and helpful. No one was complaining about the heat except to say we need rain! (I agree) Everyone was smiling but sweaty and laughing on how we will be complaining on how cold it is in about 6 months. At check out a young man asked if he could help carry my items to the car and would I like a cool drink - that is customer service! I was hot and sweaty but left the store smiling.

Sean t helped me and he was awesome. Made sure I had everything I needed to finish my project !!!!!!

The Shallotte Home Depot has lots of associates that are very ready & willing to help you and seem to be very proficient in their product knowledge.

Thank goodness for my local Home Depot! As a new home owner, I have discovered every weekend is a project! I have a retaining wall that was missing stone pieces and my "OCD" was not going to have that for long. I actually took a stone into the store with me to match, the associate that helped me fine the stone, load the stone and take it to my car and unloaded it, make sure the pieces would not move and mess up the back of my SUV, all with a smile and a good luck with the project if I need more just come back. I was very happy that this project was a simple one!

We live in Cary, NC and use the hone depot in Apex, but we were doing work for a friends house in Holden Beach and were constantly in and out of the Home Depot in Schalotte. Great store, great sales employees and happy cashiers. love to shop here when in Holden Beach

Poor service. No one would help even when asked for help.

We are moving to the area of this store and have found the items we needed were in stock, friendly, courteous staff readily available to assist us and answer any questions we have had. Store is well stocked and aisles are clear to allow movement of carts . Staff assisted with items we were not able to load, just a really nice place to shop.

Home Depot is the real deal. I've never been to a store that offers such friendly, helpful service. The sales clerks are always happy and helpful... The store is neat and well organized. My hat is off to management. Whatever you're doing... keep it up. It's always a pleasure to visit Shallotte's Home Depot. This is THE ONLY hardware store I will visit (unless I'm miles from town).

Great Customer Service on the floor and at the Check Outs. Was fun to visit the store and not have to hunt someone down to help find a product I needed. Everyone was willing to help!!
