I never leave empty handed in this store, I always find interesting items when I am not even looking!

freindly staff and clean store, inventory was low but it happens, overall a good shopping experience

Had the most amazing experience at this HD this past weekend. Was working on a project that was a little bit of a stretch for my skills and needed some help. One of the sales associates - NICK - in the plumbing department was so absolutely amazing to work with. He was knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly. He worked with me on the parts I needed and talked me thru some challenges to watch out for. We all need more Nicks!!! Thanks

The Home Depot in Shrewsbury is very clean and the associates are friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the sales cashier Linda who was extremely helpful, and pleasant.

Employees at this store were more knowledgeable and helpful than other Home Depot stores in the area, this is now my preferred store

This team of associates is genuinely kind, patient and helpful. From the greeter to the check out and sales associates on the floor. Whatever the Team leader of this location is doing; keep up the great work! The staff is guest focused and able to perform well under the pressures of high traffic days. I'll drive further to go here than the location closer to me.

BEST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD at ANY Home Depot.I was completely lost and couldn’t find a certain lightbulb. I saw 2 associates that looked available. 1 of them help me, her name was Deb. She showed me exactly where the lightbulbs were and even offered to carry them with me to the register since my hands were full with poinsettias. When we got to the register after a nice conversation between the both of us she told the clerk to give me money off of my bill. She was incredibly helpful friendly kind!

Every time I go to this Home Depot in Shrewsbury, I get trained information & help - when I need assistance and questions on products and services.

GREAT PLACE TO SHOP ESPECILLY NOW WITH THE HOLIDAY SEASON,LOTS OF SPECIALS MOST OF THE TIME THERE IS PLENTY TO GO AROUND. SALES PEOPLE ARE VERY HELPFUL AND KNOW WHERE EVERTHING IS OR WILL FIND SOMEONE WHO DOES ALWAYS SHOP HERE BEFORE OTHER STORES

Unfortunately the staff that I came into contact with was not friendly. I left very disappointed and will not return. I had one employee demonstrate and verbally tell me how to move her cart out from the middle of the aisle that she left behind if I wanted to get by. I asked an employee for help and she looked me up and down and then said "I'm off the clock what do you want" The cashier was irriated because I could not understand her instructions When I told the front end supervisor of my experience there, she seemed disappointed but did not follow up with what could be done about it.

The Shrewsbury (Massachusetts) store is an extremely clean, well-organized store with polite employees and helpful assistants. I absolutely love the store and always feel that I have been treated extremely well.

So many employees here offer great customer service, going above and beyond, with a very positive, friendly attitude.

Deb in hardware really went above and beyond and sets the bar high for what all employees in the customer service industry should be like. She was literally about to walk out the door with her personal belongings in hand when I asked her to cut some keys for me because I was in such a rush. She smiled and did it quickly without hesitation and I was out the door in a matter of minutes will definitely be coming back hope all employees at the store are this friendly knowledgeable and professional.

The worst part was a manager removing her mask while speaking with me and an employee. The store also had large areas in disarray and many narrow spaces you couldn't get through very well even when not worried about social distancing. Items were missing prices and some shelves were a mess. The manager who removed her mask made me extremely uncomfortable and suggests they're not taking the pandemic seriously or properly training staff and enforcing requirements, which makes me even more worried about transmission. This store was a lot better a few years ago but after this last visit, I wouldn't go back any time soon.

This store is great. The associates are friendly and always willing to help. The managers are there for both the staff and customers.

This is my favorite HD store. It’s clean, well designed (layout), and always well stocked. There’s usually enough associates available for questions, etc., and everyone has a great attitude. I also like the extensive tool rental selection, and I have never not been able to find the tool I need available.

They are very helpful. I went online and the product I wanted was in stock at a quantity of 10, and when went there there was none on the shelf. The manager was able to sell me a product that came with 500 pieces for the price of the 25 pack that I wanted.

The store is very convenient for me. I buy many different items ffrom lawn care to lumber and all inbetween. The store is usually stocked with what I need. At times when you change brands or discontinue a product it is disappointing, But it works out just fine.

Nice, capable people. Friendly. Store is clean and well organized. I strongly recommend this store - over, say Worcester or Framingham Home Depots. I go out of my way to visit this store.

I always have a good experience at this Home Depot. Of all the home improvement stores in my area, I find this the best. Staff is always helpful. I know exactly where everything is, probably from shopping at this location so much.

This store is close to my home and easy to access.

tHEY ARE ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL

This is my primary store, only because it is larger than the Worcester store. It has better inventory for spring sales of trees and shrubs. It also seems to have more options for variety than the smaller Worcester store. The only other store I can think of that may have more options than Shrewsbury is the Auburn store, but that is a hike for me. If I want wood, I go to Shrewsbury or Auburn, if I want electric parts I go to Worcester. If I want plumbing stuff, I will go to Worcester or Shrewsbury since they might vary a little. Just have to remember the different layouts of product from store to store, they are not mirrors of each other due to size variations. Shrewsbury regularly has a greeter that tries to help you as you walk in the store. It appears to be a little cleaner and a little more well stocked than other stores.

The Shrewsbury, MA store is located in a great spot, and it is easy to get in and out of the parking lot.
