Friendly and helpful people

Employees are always helpful and friendly.

The Sierra Vista Home Depot served me well today, standing behind a product that failed (True Temper plastic bucket wheel barrow), allowing me a store credit and allowing me to find another better suited wheel barrow. This required some research on their part, as I did not have my original receipt, and the went to considerable effort to verify my purchase, protecting both the customer and their corporate interest. By making a customer friendly decision, I will be retained as a long term customer. Thank you to Gordy, Bobby, Nacho and Carly for making this happen, I am grateful.

Our every trip has been a very pleasant experience. The associates have been friendly and fairly knowledgeable and the cashiers friendly. We usually find the exact items we need. The bathrooms are clean as are all the aisles. Someone always offers to help us load our items into our vehicle. This store is definitely our "go to" spot for all our projects.

I work at a local apartment complex so time is of the essence, and James at the pro desk is very helpful and checks us out quickly.

We visited the Pro Contractor department of this store late on a Thursday afternoon. The employees of this department could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable or cheerful!! One employee called us the next day to tell us we had ordered too much roof coating product, issued a refund and arranged an earlier delivery date. Awesome, great service!

Great customer service. I shop here all the time and there's always someone around to give you the assistance needed for what ever work you are doing or planning to do in the future.

I wish the cashiers were allowed to do their job instead of having them babysit some idiot customers who still do not understand the self-checkout. speaking of which I do not want a job as a cashier so please have one available for me. and close the self-checkout forever.

The only reason I shop here, is there's not really any other place in Sierra Vista, to buy some of the products they stock. Their customer service seems to know this and really don't care if you're happy, or not. If you need help, best to be a good looking female, otherwise, good luck!

Francisca is a great cashier- always enjoy the employees that are there to help!! I like how Home Depot is organized and they have many other brands and specials that Lowes doesn't. Great alternative for your home improvement needs for sure!

This store is easy to find products. The employees are friendly and very helpful.

They need to put the wheel chair parking between the entrance and exit like Lowes does. You have to walk too far after exiting.

I do almost all my home improvement shopping at this Home Depot. The service is friendly and they usually have what I need. I have shopped other Home Depot stores in Tucson, they were ok, but they lacked that friendly neighborhood atmosphere.

We got a lot of friendly help from the store staff.

The store was neat and clean with lots of helpful people to help me at the self-checkout at the back of the store. They had everything I wanted on the shelf with sale prices clearly shown. Lots of great parking also.

More people who know their product on the floor than I usually find (and some outstanding). Never enough female workers n the floor as is usual, though some attempt at diversity in cashiers. Several of the cashier are horrible: wont look at you, mistakes, not calling for assistance when ling long, too heavy of an accent to understand, though all but one or two are really trying, but should have and more training or better supervision.. I have been a lead cashier/ trainer in the past as well as working in HR and it drives me crazy. Electrical (and one of the paint associates) are the most helpful (no panic in their eyes) and know their stuff. Store is clean but seeing a significant problems with rotation and stocking and shelf tags where whole containers not matching tags or in wrong place, or no tag at all, so if you don't find it, so not be surprised and ask associate or two for help. Unusually high amount of clearance merchandise- dies anyone get the stock on the floor before it goes clearance to push it and to high of a loss??? Store and bathroom always really clean! The usual problem with younger associates not acknowledging you or having to catch someone senior to get help because younger associates in their own world and not listening when you ask for help. Do not be surprised to have to to catch supervisor t directly take you to one of these associates for help.. I expect more employee training to overcome that. Check items carefully, as because of this inattention (workers I have seen there several months) I have found many more open or parts missing out of things I have purchased there than I would expect especially in the bolts/nails hardware areas. I usually have a substitute at home so I do not have to return or exchange....but its annoying to have to check everything this much to avoid. So plan extra time going in.

This is a store I would love to work at and I have a doctorate in management! Thank you management for making this store a pleasure to shop in!

The clerks are helpful and friendly. We especially find the Pro Desk, John in Windows and Doors, Mickey & David, who work throughout the store, to be exceptional.

Over all this is a very well run store.

as a business owner I would think the customer is priority. doesn't seem to "ME" they aren't trained, nor aware of this factor in this store. I've personaly spent in access of $130.000 in this store over the last 12+years for my remodeling business,and found it well done over the years. Recently, on my visits The quality of employees has dropped very much. Friendliness and a good "ol' boy" attitude is gone. We've had Gary help us twice with paint, once with an online pickup, and a time or two at the register. He's always so willing to help....and sees me so often he said that before too long I'll be donning an orange apron as well. :-) We are at the shop at least once a week as we are making updates to our 1970's house. Jerry Bone went way above and beyond to ensure I got what I needed for my project. After purchasing two metal brackets, he took them home to cut them to the size I needed. He also ground and smoothed the cut ends.....for no charge. I picked them up the next morning and they worked perfectly.
