    CUSTOMER STORE REVIEWS

Rated 4.7 out of 5 by 149 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice because it's close to home This store has many products and for the most part the store is clean, just seems like the corridors are narrow and when inventory is received, waiting in the aisles, well it appears overcrowded. The only other thing that is difficult is finding an associate to help the customers, but that depends on the day of the week, I suppose, because I have visited on weekends and the store is usually pretty full so the number of associates are scarce, or so it seems. I was glad to find "parts" for my garden power tools; that's a plus since the store is so close to my residence. August 3, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Flood renovations After my house flooded, I have made many trips to Home Depot doing all the ordering, purchasing and remodeling work myself. The staff at this Home Depot location have helped me with selecting the right materials for each project, answered questions about application and provided excellent products, services and deliveries each time. I keep going back to this loaction although there are competitors and other HD stores just as close to my worksite. All because the associates make the experience a great one each time! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by pro services I like Home Depot prices and products, selection and availability, but I love this location. The associates are all friendly and very helpful in every way. They offer to load the materials, provide great advice, help me find those obscure things that I don't know the name of, etc. The pro desk has always been absolutely the best regardless of how big or small my pr. oject and order. The delivery service is a great asset. My vehicle isn't large enough for all the materials in one visit, but the deliveries are worth the expense, on time, and very convenient August 10, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Female do-it-yourselfer I get respect and help here - two things a do-it-yourself woman doesn't always get. These folks are helpful and make me feel like part of their team. I'd work here in a heartbeat. I make this my only hardware store in Austin! August 10, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good location They have a good selection of products and returning products is made easy and fast. Wish they had a larger selection of plants but overall they always have everything I look for. July 25, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Helpful employees There are actually people in the store to help you find things you need. August 8, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Dripping Springs I live in an area where 3 Home Depot Stores are within 10 miles of home. Dripping Springs is 21 miles. I would rather go the extra miles. Service is better and the staff seem to know where it is for what you want. July 15, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Always a good experience at this store Everytime I go into this store a greeter always says hello. Anytime a store employee passes me by they will ask if I'm finding everything okay and if I need assistance. When I do need assistance one of the employees is always ready to help me with answers to my questions and knowledgeable about the product I'm purchasing. July 7, 2016
