I recently had an unfortunate experience at the paint counter. The encounter with the woman working at the counter was marked by condescending behavior and an unnecessary assumption about my abilities, leading to a complete disregard for customer service. The older female employee's approach was far from friendly or accommodating. She immediately questioned if I had anyone to help me with my painting project. This assumption was unnecessary and disrespectful. Customer service should prioritize meeting the needs of all customers. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of that expectation. Home Depot should strive to create an inclusive and respectful environment for all customers, ensuring that each interaction is marked by professionalism. While this experience does not define Home Depot as a whole, it certainly left a lasting negative impression. I sincerely hope that Home Depot takes this review as an opportunity to address the issue and improve its service at the paint counter. I urge Home Depot to reevaluate its staff training and instill a customer-centric approach that values and respects each individual who walks through its doors. In conclusion, my encounter at the paint counter of Home Depot was disappointing due to the condescending and assumptive behavior of the employee. I hope Home Depot recognizes the need for improvement in this area and works towards creating a more inclusive and customer-friendly environment.

Beware if you need a hot water heater installed from Home depot!! We learned the hard way that if you buy a hot water heater from the store, the contractor that they use does not install unless you buy it from them. Was told nothing of this as we are paying for this water heater and learned all of this the next day when waiting for a call from the plumber that was supposed to take care of this. So had to call the store to have this refunded to me and now must start this process all over again. Wasted my time not only last night, but now also the next day dealing with this all over again. Training must be addressed at this location and those that are supposed to know about this when a customer explains their needs!!!

Cloths washer ordered Tuesday and delivered (out of town) Friday. On day of delivery I received emails updating arrival time. Crew took just 20 minutes to install washer and haul away old washer, even adjusted/stabilized an adjacent upright freezer that was previously out-of-balance. Also received a price adjustment of $150 after sale price decreased after sale.

Wyatt in the wood section of the store on 70th and highway two was very kind and nice. He was quick to help with anything I needed or any questions I had. He also was quick to help a couple cut plywood and helped me cut some wood to the sizes I needed. A person like this is great for engaging with customers.

Had questions about paint needs and also about paint sprayers. Department personnel answered them all and also gave us additional suggestions. Beth was terrific, we would recommend directing our friends to her.

I've been shopping at this store since it was built and it has ALWAYS been a joy -- except for the one time you were out of some oddball Rustoleum spray primer. I had to wait 2 days to get another can, doggone it.

I needed to cover up a ceiling that was painted French Silver. Alan is so knowledgeable and directed me to the proper product. I love the Behr paint and am so grateful that you carry this line.

We stopped at Home Depot in search of a new dishwasher. We had just been to another big box store and were discouraged by the lack help. Our expectations were low but the folks at Home Depot really came through. We'll definitely be back!

I get all my Milwaukee Tools here. I just purchased my M18 Hatchet Saw which they had in stock. Great saw and store personnel help me find the Dept it was in!!

I love shopping at Home Depot, their online selections are vast, and best of all, returns can easily be made at customer service in the store!

The staff in the garden area are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I also appreciate the help I received throughout the store from seasoned employees in making major purchase decisions for our remodeling this year.

Well stocked, tidy, labeling on aisles for what your needs are. It was a friendly and inviting experience.

Your supervisory staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Your floor staff is a little understaffed , which is understandable with the COVID issue. Being understaffed means finding assistance can be difficult at times and the person is not as knowledgeable as I have come to expect from Home Depot.

Clerk searched high and low for almost 30 minutes to find at least one of the 10 items they indicated as in store. These were large items that should have been easily distinguishable. Poor customer service and inventory accountability!
