Why not 5 stars: continued issue getting storm door installed. Told it would be ~2 wks, & now 5+ wks, & haven't even been able to talk to installer to schedule. Not installer's fault-he is now has 4 stores. To make this experience better-tell me up front project would be at least 8 wks. Then I could decide if waiting was worth HD doing it, & 2-Don't charge me the install fee BEFORE scheduled. To pay fees for something that hasn't happened is like paying for the repair on your car & it hasn't been looked at yet. BOO! Wait to charge the fee at scheduling or after install (my credit card is on file, after all) -better customer service. Donnie, store mgr, is trying to resolve problem by pushing to get install scheduled, -I appreciate it, but still would have liked fees reversed until service paid for was scheduled. This visit gets the 4 stars as Ed in plumbing was phenomenal-took the time to explain in detail my options for a tub faucet repair. His assistance was invaluable, & my repair was a success-Thanks Ed!
