Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Experience I was very happy with the experience I received while shopping at Home Depot. I was able to get the help I needed and get in and out of the store in a timely manner. I like the fact that if one person doesn't know about the item that I am looking for, that person will take me to the person who does. The sales associate are always friendly! June 3, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient and Reliable I have come to rely on the South Town Home Depot off of Kingshighway. As a home owner I need quick solutions for anything from heating and cooling to plumbing. When I come here, someone will help me figure out what I need to do to get the job done. If the associate can't help, they direct you to someone who can. It's always easy to get your purchase out to the car. I am impressed by the variety of furniture they have and the shelving options. I prefer them to fancier and more high priced retail stores. , Even better, I've come to South Town often enough that now, the trips are quick, easy and painless, and I love having them in my neighborhood. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible Customer Service at Returns Counter Great products in store and very close to my home. However what is lacking is the customer service in the returns department. The associate was not only angry but very disrespectful towards a older gentleman in front of me. I cringed at the way she barked orders at this person, it was as if she was doing a favor for all of us. I would be very embarrassed of her behavior if I was management. I sincerely hope she will be counseled on the proper way to treat other people. I have been shopping at this Home Depot for over 12 years but felt compelled to actually take the time to mention this horrible experience and it is not the first either. February 9, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful store associate This past Saturday, my dad and I came in to purchase all of the supplies needed for a DIY bathroom renovation. We had a list and started on our own finding many of the items. We needed some help and were assisted by Artan. He made sure that we found everything else we needed. Took full carts to the front for us to be on hold, while we continued shopping. He recommended items and ensured we found the correct items. He even helped entirely load the rented van for us. Another female sales associate was very helpful, as well. Unfortunately, we did not catch her name. She assisted us with removing a pedestal sink from the shelves and she too took carts to the front for us, while we continued shopping. The cashier was helpful, as well. Overall, a very good experience. March 20, 2016
