From the moment I walked in the store I was greeted by Joleen with a smile. I was able to find everything I needed and was even met by Evan who went out of his way to help load my vehicle for me. He was so strong, there was no way I could have loaded all that concrete by myself! Overall, great experience, 10/10

They have everything I need for 99% of my projects and improvements. If they don't have a particular item, the helpful staff offers tips on where I might find it. Great selection, good prices, along with the very best people make this store outstanding.

A special thanks goes to Pam, for asking me if I wanted to check out my few items from the paint department with her at the customer service/returns counter. I have arthritis and my joiints were hurting that day, the thought of walking to the self checkout lanes was almost unbearable. Pam made my day by her unknowing act of kindness.

I’m a little upset I had bought a hot water heater and it needed to be a special hud hot water heater and no one explained that to me after I had purchased it had to return it and I got the right one but sorry to say I’m not from Home Depot

During my recent run I was greeted by kind, smiling faces, when I asked for help making keys the staff were kind and paged for assistance right away. The gentleman that came to help was named Dan. He was so kind and offered to help even though he typically didn't do key cutting. Everything went smoothly and Dan a pleasure to work with.

I went into the store to make a return on a power tool and both Lauren & Pam at the customer service desk along with the Ryobi Rep made my day. They replaced the broken drill & because of thier help & expertise I bought a 2nd drill. They were very kind & understanding & never once did they make me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. They even offered me a water while I waited to get the correct replacement. Thank you!

We found the shower insert and door for our new walk in shower. After checking design and price at multiple places, no one was able to beat the design and price.

I purchased the Ryobi 18V high pressure inflator and I absolutely love it! With the battery installed it is surprisingly light and the digital readout is large and easy to read. No more going to a gas station to check and add air to my tires!

We designed our new kitchen with JoAnn Chisum a design consultant with Home Depot. We were so grateful for her ton of knowledge and great ideas when it came to designing our kitchen. She gave us ideas we never even knew were an option and handled every detail perfectly. The virtual likeness of our new kitchen was breathtaking. We highly recommend working with JoAnn if you are in need of a remodel or new build kitchen!

A well organized well staffed store.

Workers are difficult to find, don’t know where items are, will contradict one another, and hide behind corporate policy rather than actually assist customers with needs. Don’t expect a greeting or a thank you or an apology when they screw up.

I bought Muriatic Acid today, Jill the cashier made it very easy for us. She was friendly and gave us tips. Very nice woman!
