The selection and employees at this store are above average, but just like any home Home Depot they are low or out of popular inventory. Especially the best deals. The experience that I remember most is when I was bait and switched into buying a Gen 4 Ridgid Reciprocating Saw when I thought I was buying the Gen 5x Ridgid Reciprocating Saw. When I tried to return it I was told I had to send it into Ridgid. Of course I just tried another Home Depot and they took it back no problem, as they should have. But either way the people are good, it's the policies that get in the way of Home Depot...

This Home Depot location has the best selection of any home goods you could possibly ever need! They also have the best employees who are not only very knowledgeable about their products, but they are actually available and easy to find when you do have a specific question about something or if you need to find anything at all in the store! This is the best Home Depot out of the entire Denver area and the only one that I will ever go to from now on!!

Associates helped me understand replacing GFCI outlets, suggested I purchase a GFCI testing tool, and their outstanding customer service made the difference. I was able to fix the problem on my own. Thank you, Home Depot!

The selection of items is extensive. I never feel limited in choices of appliances, carpeting, or hardware. If I can't find what I need, a service person will be paged and I will have assistance. I have never encountered a disgruntled employee who did not wish to aid me in my search.

I believe the store could get better reviews if there were more employees, and those that were there knew more about where to find items not specific to their section. That was part of the interview and application process I was put through during my many tests and interviews.

The People here have Ph.D.'s in great product knowledge, friendliness and customer service! I shop here all the time and have always found the staff helpful and able to find weird stuff that I need for my ancient house.

What a nightmare of an experience trying to purchase appliances EVERYTHING was handled poorly.

I had to give this store a low rating because of one employee named Holly, according to her badge. She was behind the customer service counter, and she was extremely rude. It is a shame that one person can bring ratings down so much. I almost left the store without buying anything. Based on my experience with Holly, I would have given the store one star only. But three other employees were very friendly and helpful, and because of them, I made a purchase and opened an account. If I hadn't run into Holly, the store would have gotten five stars. But Holly's rudeness was so uncalled for that it shook me up for a minute. That's unacceptable. Then I overheard her being rude to an older woman than came in after me. What a shame!

Here we go again! After a issue with our special order cabinets and a huge delay this put on my kitchen. Just as I was giving up on being helped by other Home Depot employees ( I ve been emailing back and forth with a special order customer service Rep that never got back to me) Monte steps in and saves the day ! Once again changing my mind on walking away from this store and going somewhere else . This guy goes above and beyond and is able to help no matter what department or task at hand. He was able to resolve everything quick and was very efficient. I would strongly recommend to anyone doing any projects to call ahead and make sure that Monte is in. Life saver ! Thank you so much

Had no problem finding what I needed Have shopped at this store since it oppened and has alway been treated nice when I visit

I was treated with respect and understanding. I am not a tech expert, but appreciate having those who are assist me in my purchases.

I wanted to buy a microwave and needed help. Waited nearly an hour for an associate to help me only to be told that none of the microwaves on the floor were available to take home today. Saw a whole high shelf of microwaves above the aisle and asked where those were for me to look at. Was told that I couldn't see those. They weren't on the floor and were only available boxed. Did I mention that the microwaves that weren't available to be taken home were only available by delivery for another $60? The associate "helping" me called over another associate, told her in an exasperated manner that he just couldn't handle this and walked away. I tried numerous times to explain what was going on and the woman kept cutting me off, telling me she had just clocked in. She then proceeded to march us down each of the aisles clicking the front of the microwaves telling me that this is ship-only, ship-only, ship-only. At this point, this woman looked at me and said "isn't this fun?!" "NO!". There were only 2 available to take home in the whole store. She would "check to see if they were available". Thankfully, one was available and we could take it home. She sent us to get a cart and said someone would help us load it. We grabbed a cart, and came back. No one was around, microwave just sitting in the middle of the floor. Associate was extremely rude, patronizing, and just flat out unpleasant. I will never have this experience again.

This store is fairly conveniently located for me. I do all of my yard work for myself that I possibly can. I am constantly in need of something that your store would have on hand.

Store easy to navigate and staff was so friendly and helpful. Store was clean and stocked with the best products. I will always shop this store in the future.

The idem 18v trimmer was off the shelf and when i got it home it had been used. the string was empty and it was dirty. I returned the idem to get my money back. Then about two weeks after this I was at home depo on Santa-Fe and I25. Was walking out of the store with a new 200.00 faucet when a part came out of the box. I took it back into the store and had the clerk open the box. It also had been open and appeared to have been installed and removed. I went and pick up a deferent box from the same location and it had protective cover and backing material that the firs box did not have. I have become skeptical of what Home Depo is becoming and after 20y of having little problems from having home repairs done to my home and weekend trip to get idem I feel I may need to look else were for my home repair needs.

I really enjoy shopping at this location. Every time I go in, I always find something that I want and I have no problems getting the help that I need when I am looking for something or if I need assistance getting it out to my car. I have started to landscape my backyard to cut down on watering and I have purchased many items (shrubs, trees, flowers, etc) and I am quite happy with the quality and the fact that I can find the quantity of everything that I needed right here in one location. I would highly recommend this store ... I have been going here for many years and even though I can go to a different location that is closer to my home, I still prefer to shop at this location.

This is a superior store. I had an excellent experience with this store as the materials I sought were not only in stock but had great abundance. I found what I was looking for and had an excellent shopping experience. Next, at checkout, I found the cashier helpful, cheerful and able to answer my questions and make useful suggestions. This was a great experience and I recommend this store to anyone seeking a great shopping experience. Cheers!

home depot is huge i got a little lost and needed help finding the air conditioners, and a customer service representative walked me over to them.

I was able to make a better product selection thanks to Schuyla who took the time to help me at the register. Good job well done!

We lost a phone inside And one of the ladies phone it for us. She also helped us once before in getting a huge rug wrapped up for us to travel.
