One of the worst retail experiences I have ever experienced in my life. I bought some merchandise that was defective. I returned to the store to get a refund. When I arrived at the refund desk, there were two employees and one customer. I waited ten minutes without any acknowledgment from either of the employees. Finally, the other customer asked "Are you going to help this man?", to which the male employee responded simply "No". About then minutes later, a third employee showed up (Micah) and asked if he could help me. By this time, there were five people in the refunds line. I went over to his desk and told him I wanted to get a refund for two defective items. He then informed me that he thought I was picking up an online order, and that he could not do a refund. He then directed me back to the refund line, which now have five people standing in the line. At this point, I asked to speak to a manager. Micah looked at me and asked "Regarding"? I said I would take to the manager. He said "He is going to ask". I said "tell him this is about an unhappy customer". The manager came quickly and I explained what had happened. While explaining, I asked Micah the name of the other employee that was at the desk, and he replied "I don't know nothing about nothing". I was tempted to say "No kidding", but, I just looked at the manager to see what his reaction was to Micah's comments. The manager apologized. I explained that I thought he had a serious personnel problem, and I left.
