We were shopping for blinds and we needed assistance on the ordering process and what our options were. The salesman was very friendly and was with us very quickly. He explained everything, gave us samples to look at and set an appointment up for us for measuring our windows. It was quick and a great experience with no hassles. The gentleman that was sent out to measure, was courteous and helped us make decisions on how the blinds would be installed. He will also be the person to install them, and this made us feel secure that the job will be done correctly.

The aisles are constantly clogged with items that should be on shelves. Many items are out of stock or have not reached the shelves. After check out, if you have many heavy items, it is nearly impossible to find an associate to help load the items into your vehicle.

OK with the help. I do a lot of my own handy work so I know about product before I usually go. Use the internet! I offten thought about working here part time as I'm retired. Think I could be of help!

I can't say enough about the employees in this store, they are always so helpful. Today was especially pleasant, because I was looking for a new product that was advertised on TV and my husband was in pain and had to wait in the truck. I know some women know their way around home improvement stores, but I am not one of them, so I was glad when a wonderful salesperson helped me find what I needed, and even explained how to use the product. The product sounds like what I need, but I know that if it doesn't work that Home Depot will take it back and refund my money.
