Always a good experience. Employees are very friendly and helpful.

This store needs more employees so the customers can be helped in a timely fashion. The employees that are currently working in the store are knowledgeable, very nice and seem to work hard at their jobs, however, there needs to be MORE of them! This has been very apparent in the TOOL RENTAL dept., as on two separate occasions my husband and myself have waited an extreme length of time for only one (1) clearly overworked employee try to do his best to wait on a long line of customers by himself! Having worked in retail management years ago, I realize it can be a very stressful job, but only one (1) employee in a busy dept. such as tool rentals is ridiculous! There should ALWAYS be at least two (2) employees in a dept. as busy as this! The customer as well as the employee suffers!!!

The cashier, Jennifer, that we had in the store went out of her way to be helpful. She was very friendly.

Courteous, friendly, personalized service from various employees during a very busy time at the location, What could have been a stressful shopping experience was made very pleasant as a result. Can not recommend this store and the employees highly enough. The employees we met are focused on assisting their customers, and do not simply hit and run.

Our cashier Mia was awesome. She suggest with a Home Depot account one of the bifold doors would actually be "free" due to a sign up promotion. We did take advantage of the offer. My survey tab recorded a response as employees not helpful, which was not the case. We were disappointed in the number of bifold doors available in our required size, 48x80.

The personal on the floor seam to be knowledgeable and courteous . The only problem I see is this is not the same day by day.

The employees very helpful. But your appliance delivery company needs improvement. When I told them I wanted both my replacement washer and dryer delivered as promised by your store employees, they told me that only the dryer would be delivered and then they called store 4627 and told the manager the same thing. My wife talked a manager and was told that the LG washer and dryer will be delivered as store credit if necessary. The call I received on Feb 3, 2017 stated they are only delivering the dryer. I paid up front for my products and it became an unpleasant experience.

Having shopped at the 2 closest stores to my residence, I have received exceptional customer service. Employees are Very helpful with my questions and finding products. On the few occasions when I didn't see anyone working in a specific department I wa shopping in, another employee in the closest department, would quickly and cheerfully find someone to help me. My check out time is very fast and the cashiers are great. It is easily recognizable that HomeDepot's focus is on an above average Customer Service experience. They will continue to be my number one home improvement store because of this. Thanks Home Depot

I have been a customer here for carpeting, wood to build decking, lighting, paint, garden supplies, and many other items. The store is very inviting and the customer service has never disappointed. I like to just walk around the store even if I don't buy anything. However, I always seem to buy something anyway. It is like a kid in a candy store.
