When I think of something I need for home improvements, additions or decorations I always head to our local Home Depot store #2779. This store is well stocked and it has great associates to help you with your questions. The checkout is fast and easy, especially using your Home Depot card. "This Home Depot store has made my Home a better place to enjoy life in our fine community."

From the start of my home improvement project 5 years ago, to just stopping in for "this and thats", I have not had ONE bad experience! Everyone has been helpful in every way manageable. I have not walked out disappointed!

I have no clue about painting or maintenance and was assisted both times by Brian Jensen...he is an exception to the rule...stor sis always clean everyone friendly...but if there is a employee recognition..Brian deserves it....

Long story short, all self check out lanes closed! only 1 lane open! very busy Friday afternoon! LONG WAIT!!

If you are looking for fast, friendly help - this is not the place to go (unless you need paint/supplies). Understaffed and they don't act concerned that you want to pick up supplies and get back to the job.

Paint and electrical supplies are the usual reasons we go to Home Depot. We are always satisfied.

The store is convenient in location, array of products available, and price. The store is clean and products are displayed nicely. It is easy to fine an associate to help and they are knowledgeable about the products. The associates are eager, willing and always friendly to assist me. The store is very large and asking an associate to help in the location of products is time friendly and time saving.

The store was clean and departments easy to find by the large signs. The greeter and checkout person, who was one in the same, was helpful in finding the department I was looking for and she had a smile every time she talked to me. She also pointed out the survey and contest on my receipt. I was very satisfied with my visit to the Thomas Township Home Depot.

Every time I visit the store, the employees have been very helpful and knowledgable about the products and even offer great ideas to help make my project easier.

As usual the store is neat and clean. I can never find an employee at the other store that rhymes with Doze. There is always a greeter at HD. The service and return desk is right there by the entrance, again more employees ready to help. When I peruse the aisles at this store, someone is making sure I find what I am looking for. Store # 2779 is right down the road from my place. Just no reason to go anywhere else.

Great place to shop. Staff is always friendly and helpful. On my last trip, Amanda actually noticed I was having a rough time finding/deciding on what paint to get for my project. She came up to me and asked if she could help. She listened to my problems and then helped me get exactly what I needed. She was great!!

Elizabeth was just super in helping me with my purchase. Her knowledge of her job is exceeded by her bubbly personality. There are always end displays of clearance items that grab my attention every time I visit the store. I was making a purchase of some lumber, and an employee showed up to help me load my purchase on the cart. I thought it was a job interview, as the employee didnt have his orange apron on. Come to find out, he is an employee that hadnt prepped for the day in uniform, BUT was plugged in on his customer service skills. This store rocks and right down the road from my house. I recommend this store to any other big box stores. The store is always clean and organized. I have over 30 years in customer service and know good service when I see it.

Paint dept mixed my paints all 20 gallons in 1 gallon cans due to different colors very timely and friendly

I really like shopping at this store everyone is always nice and helpful.
